The Beachfront Villa Kirvas is situated directly on the beach, just 3 meters from the sea, offering direct access to a peaceful sandy and pebbled beach. As a proud member of Pelagaios Villas, this property combines privacy, comfort, and the beauty of Crete’s natural surroundings.
The villa offers an expansive 2,200 m² outdoor area designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed living by the sea. Guests can enjoy large shaded terraces furnished with elegant sun loungers, as well as a private swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, ideal for cooling off and unwinding under the sun. Pool heating is available upon request, with a minimum one-week notice and an additional daily charge.
For younger guests, a 120 m² fully protected playground with artificial grass and a pergola provides a safe and enjoyable space to play. The outdoor experience is completed with private sunbeds and umbrellas directly on the beach, reserved exclusively for villa guests.
The Villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and functionality, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay.
The upper level features two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, while the ground floor includes an additional bedroom, a WC with an outdoor shower, a cozy living room with two sofa beds (90 × 200 cm each), and a fully equipped kitchen.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Strict (30-days)
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
