El apartamento es espectacular. Muy limpio, luminoso, con una excelente vista de Oporto. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos que se precisan, está cerca de todo, con una ubicación excelente. Además tiene dos terrazas hermosas. Yo tuve que trabajar, y el wifi andaba perfecto. Si vuelvo a Porto de seguro alquilaría de nuevo este apto.

Je me permets de vous écrire en tant que père de Maëlle, qui a séjourné dans votre appartement à Messine durant son Erasmus. Je tenais à vous exprimer toute ma gratitude. Confier son enfant à un pays étranger n'est jamais anodin pour un parent, et savoir que Maëlle était logée dans un endroit aussi soigné, et surtout accueillie par quelqu'un d'aussi attentionné, a été pour nous un immense soulagement. L'appartement était impeccable, parfaitement situé et bien plus agréable que tout ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Mais c'est surtout votre disponibilité et votre bienveillance qui ont fait la différence : vous avez été bien davantage qu'un propriétaire, vous avez été un repère pour elle dans une ville qu'elle ne connaissait pas. Elle garde de Messine un souvenir lumineux, et vous y êtes pour beaucoup. Si vous passez un jour dans le nord de la France, sachez que vous serez reçu chez nous avec le même cœur que celui que vous lui avez témoigné. L'appartamento era impeccabile, perfettamente posizionato e molto più bello di quanto potessimo sperare. Ma è stata soprattutto la sua disponibilità e la sua gentilezza a fare la differenza: lei è stato molto più di un semplice locatore, è stato un punto di riferimento per Maëlle in una città che non conosceva. Di Messina conserva un ricordo luminoso, e gran parte del merito è suo. She helps a lot with any kind of problem or request you have, the attention to details and overall experience is on the highest possible level of satisfaction! 100% recommend, the house, location, amenities are great. Excellent stay from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and accurately represented in the listing. Communication with the reception staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. They also arranged a taxi for me and took care of a maintenance issue discreetly while I was out. I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

Malé, ale zcela dostačující ubytování. Hezký, čistý byt s malým dvorečkem. V bytě bylo vše, co jsem potřebovala, kuchyňka je skromně zařízená, ale pro jednoho dostačující. Velmi klidná lokalita nedaleko od centra, dostupnost mhd super. Hezké procházky např. na Vyšehrad nebo kolem Vltavy. Paní pronajímatelka velmi milá, na zprávy reagovala takřka ihned. Se vším naprostá spokojenost, doporučuji!

Fanni rendkívül barátságos,az ingatlan nagyszerű helyen van , vásárlás, éttermek, utazás, látnivalók néhány percnyi távolságra. Ízléses berendezés, kényelmes bútorok.

Great location, right by Westend so shopping was easy, and well connected by public transport, which made it simple and cheap to explore the whole city. The host was lovely, always ready with helpful suggestions. Overall a wonderful stay, would happily book again.

The unit is in a great location near Mechwart-liget, a beautiful area in Budapest. Szilvia was a great host, very kind and communicative. The apartment looked as advertised in the list. The hot water worked well, the air conditioning was very comfortable, the neighbors were very quiet, and the apartment has a beautiful, comfortable terrace overlooking a quite green area. I'll note that I never tried the heat, so I can't comment on that.

What a wonderful stay my young son and I had here for 5 weeks. We loved the central location and lovely atmosphere. On the days where we had to take a break from taking the train out to Caiscais, we sat by the balconies and did not feel like we were stuck inside. We had one question during our stay, and the owners responded so quickly I felt bad; people are entitled to be busy! Everything we needed to have a productive stay was provided. The bedroom is enclosed, so it can get dark and quiet, which was nice a few times. The place is clean, airy and bright. The neighborhood is lively and safe. There were no hiccups with our stay, and we would have extended our stay if we could have.

We rented Zuzana’s apartment for 2 months as students. Everything was amazing! The neighborhood is beautiful and calm, the apartment is really close to the metro station. There was already some supplies for us to start our stay so we didn’t have to go straight to the grocery store upon arrival. Zuzana is a great host. The only thing that could be improved is that there’s some ants in the apartment that can become distracting, you need to vacuum often and there’s products to repeal them.

Marin was a great host, always there when you needed something, even to fix things in the housing. I recommend the place, near the park Maksimir and tram stations.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Porto. The location was excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with everything we needed close by. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made us feel at home during our stay. Communication with the host was also excellent. He was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Porto!

The studio flat is much better than on the pics. The location is formidable; you can walk literally to anywhere from the flat. Just 10 minutes' walk to Sao Bento Station In 15-20 minutes you could get to Buona Vista You can algo enjoy a lovely stroll/promenade by the river side to Matosinhos

Fast and efficient communication with the host. The apartment was very clean and equipped with good quality appliances, utensils etc., matching the photos. Comfortable bed. AC & wi-fi worked well. It's on a quiet street and I also haven't heard any noise from the neighbors. For those who like to sleep in, the roof windows don't have blinds.

The flat in general is beautiful and comfortable. We were satisfied living there and had a wonderful holidays in Budapest. We would love to go back there soon:-)! Thanks Mary and Cris S.!
