My stay at Katka’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment is even more beautiful and perfect than it looks in the photos; it is well-maintained and cared for, making you feel right at home. It is also ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood, with shops and public transport close by.

Communication with Katka prior to our arrival was excellent; it was seamless, and she kindly answered any questions we had.

This level of communication continued throughout the days leading up to our arrival and afterwards.

I can certainly say that Katka is a fantastic host—someone you can fully trust, and who ensures you feel well-cared-for and comfortable.

Pure paradise! Despite its name "casinha" (little house), it's equipped with everything needed, smartly arranged and we didn't find it small at all. The garden and hills around the house are so beautiful I will never foget them ❤️. Vitor is a magnificent, kind person and we'd like to thank you again for your hospitality! I stayed six months in this flat.
It’s very well maintained with quality furnishings. It’s also quite well-equipped; I don't have much complaints about the quality of the apartment. It’s also in a great location, fairly close to both downtown and the business district, on a street with all the amenities and shops, and right next to the tram.
If I had to nitpick, the bar in the same street can be a bit noisy at time with windows opened, and also the blackout curtains don’t allow for a compromise between light and privacy from the street, so you’ll have to choose one or the other.
Finally, Matej is very friendly.
It was a pleasure to live here.

Excellent place for a long stay in Prague.
We stayed for one month and found the apartment clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped.
The building is well maintained, communication with management was easy, and public transport to the city center is convenient.

This apartment exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The space was spotlessly clean with a lovely open view from the balcony, overlooking an area with plenty of room for walking and outdoor recreation. The room itself was generously sized, immaculate, and offered ample storage — both closet space for clothes and room to stash luggage comfortably.

The neighborhood is wonderfully convenient: restaurants, cafes, and two major supermarket chains are all just a 10-minute walk away, and the airport is a quick hop away too. Getting around with Uber was seamless.

What really made the stay special was my host, Arnando. He was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of — always quick to help whenever I needed anything. As someone working remotely, having that level of hospitality and a quiet, comfortable space made all the difference.

If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming place in a great neighborhood, you won’t be disappointed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was just as beautiful as in the photos, and I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.

The location was great too, with convenient public transportation nearby. The air conditioning was also a lifesaver during the European heatwave!

Andy was such a kind and thoughtful landlord. He always checked in to make sure everything was okay and that I was comfortable, which I really appreciated.

Moving to Budapest was a big change for me, and I had quite a few worries and difficulties while settling into a new city. Andy’s apartment became a warm and comfortable home for me during that time, and I think having such a lovely place to stay made adapting to Budapest much easier.

Stayed for 5 weeks and really liked it, responsive host & comfortable apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment has nothing in excess but everything what's needed, is is quite spacious.
