A wonderful stay here on Green Street. Apartment is well taken care of and is on a gorgeous street All modern appliances, clean and tidy and no issues. Host welcomed us on the first day and was helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Estela fue muy amable siempre y dispuesta a ayudar. Pasé 2 meses en el apartamento y todo funcionó perfecto. Su ubicación es excelente por tener todo cerca (supermercados, cafés, metro, restaurantes, parques y la playa).

Adorei, este estúdio foi a minha casa e do meu Romeu (um salsichinha bebé) durante um mês, os espaço está super funcional e bem decorado e pensado. O senhorios foram mega simpáticos e prestáveis. Aconselho muito!

The host is super friendly and welcoming.
The apartment itself is very cozy and well-equipped, including a dishwasher which was a nice bonus.
Having a separate living room with a door was extremely convenient.
The area has plenty of grocery stores nearby that stay open late. Parking right in front of the building can be tricky, but there are always free spots available nearby—either next to Continente or by the Queluz National Palace.

One of the best I have visited! A superb location with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Robert accommodated all our requests and helped us with any questions. It's the perfect place to relax, work, and do anything.

The shower is small, but everything else is good

Nice little place with a south facing terrace. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of spare bed clothes for both beds, and air con/heating for when it gets too hot or cold.
It's in a quiet residential area but close to the bus or train stop so it's easy to get in and around the city!

Very welcoming host, their friends were very welcoming and kind; cute dog.

The space was spotless, super quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials.
Having my own bathroom and kitchen instead of shared facilities was ideal since I value my privacy.
It was such a comfortable stay, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the Setúbal area!

Loved my stay. Very convenient location especially if you have a car. The apt was clean. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The mattresses were quite firm, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi had weak security, so as a digital nomad, I couldn't use it for work. Also, one of the stovetop burners wasn't working, and it was never fixed during my five-week stay.

A very nice and clean apartment with everything you need. I can highly recommend it! The communication with the host was excellent. She is very friendly, helpful, and always responds quickly. Overall, a great experience!

Great place! It takes about 30 minutes to get to Alicante by bus. There's a nice beach nearby. Highly recommended!

The flat was amazing! Everything was in great condition and it is near grocery stores, and the most beautiful beaches in the area are around 5 mins walk.

The building is very well structured and well located, and the neighbours were friendly and quiet as well, which helped a lot for a tranquil stay.

The flat was incredibly clean and convenient. All we could think of was available, all the lining and towels fresh. We had an impression to be the first tenants :)
Although the inside is quite narrow, the number of rooms is convenient for a 2+2 family.
The host really responsive informed in advance about all the works planned in the building.
Neighbours quiet and friendly.
We felt safe and at home at all times!

The hosts Ruslan and Tamara were very welcoming and friendly. Waited for me when I arrived and showed my place. Both very kind and professionals. I would love to continue to work with them in the future and have them as my guests. I appreciate their help!! Love the view with lights at night, daytime light in the apartment, modern design and it has everything is needed for one person.

We had a really nice stay overall! The apartment was good, and we enjoyed our time there. The only downside was a strange smell in the kitchen.

Eva was an amazing host! She was always responsive, understanding, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or encountered any issues, she genuinely tried her best to help and find a solution. We really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.
