This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located in the picturesque district of Libeň. Nearby is park Thomayerovy sady, where you can find the Rococo Libeň Castle. In a few minutes you can also reach the cycle path that passes through the park. You can enjoy the route on roller skates or bycicle, which will take you along the river Vltava to Troja. In four minutes you can also reach the place where the house of Czech writer Bohumil Hrabal stood. Today you will discover here Hrabal's wall painted with scenes from artists' books and life. The Libeň Synagogue from the middle of the 19th century is three minutes walk away.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. One-minute walk will take you to a stop with trams 3, 10, 24 and 95 and bus 953. Four minutes away is also yellow metro line B, parking is a minute away.
The surroundings of the apartment offer restaurants and cafes, but you will also find here Divadlo pod Palmovkou, tennis courts or football pitch.

The sunny apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful Renaissance house with high ceilings. Two bedrooms are waiting for you here. One features a comfortable double bed and a dressing table. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Below the window there is a desk with office chair that serves well as a study or home office. A large living room with decorated carpets also features a kitchenette and a dining space. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two sofas and watch the TV on the opposite wall.
The bright kitchenette is very well equipped. Every chef will enjoy an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, which will make cleaning after meal easier. You can enjoy the lunch at the dining table for four. The bathroom is white, with a bathtub and a washing machine, the toilet is separate. The spacious apartment also offers storage space.

Všechno fajn. Paní majitelka by měla dát větší důraz publikaci okolí bytu... procházky kolem vody.. dětské hřiště.. příroda.. to je to co se počítá. Chyběli mi trochu domácí spotřebiče jako mixér, hnětač, tyčový mixér a normální kávovar. Jinak fajn, moc fajn. Jo a taky více skříní :)
