Located in Praia da Rocha in Portimão, Rotunda da Marina private condominium is just an approximately 4 minutes’ walk from Marina da Rocha and Praia da Rocha and offers a swimming pool for adults and children and a balcony with view over the Arade River.

The apartment is equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and cable channels, safe, living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, espresso and filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, with washing machine and dishwasher, stove and oven. Private bathroom with hot tub and hairdryer, bedroom with queen-size bed and a spacious balcony overlooking the Arade River, where you can relax and enjoy in complete comfort!

There are many leisure activities in Portimão and Praia da Rocha; including walking or cycling on the various marked routes of the Via Algarviana or Rota Vicentina, visiting the Portimão Marina, the riverside area or our museums, snorkelling, surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing, sailing along the Arade River, enjoying the various bars and restaurants , take advantage of some of the various sea tours available such as visiting the caves in Lagos or Benagil, watching dolphins or whales, or visiting the cities and towns around Portimão. The condominium is close to several golf courses and the Autodromo do Algarve is just 20 km away. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 70 km from Portimão.

The ideal place to relax and enjoy the Algarve, with all the amenities and comforts!

The perfect stay in Praia da Rocha! Fantastic location, spacious and clean, well equipped with everything you need, and very responsive host (I forgot my keys once and the host was able to let me in within 15 minutes! He even printed something out for me bc I didn't have easy access to a printer.). Great for remote working or vacations as it's a super close walk to the beach, but still in a very quiet part of Praia da Rocha. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants.

All condo buildings in the area which doesn't feel like you're in Portugal, but very safe/quiet and close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Portimao. The landlord was excellent and easy to communicate with. We have been traveling full time for 3 years and this was one of our best stays yet! We will definitely book with them again.

Located about 10 minutes from the beach with restaurants and shops and grocery stores. Easy to get around with a bus stop in front of the building.

How can I cancel my booking?
