Our Pest downtown cosy and modern, fully equipped split level NOVAK StudioApartment is located near the Uni district/Corvinus/ at Kalvin tér(Metrostop blue and greenline) ,near National Museum and Grand Market Hall, the Danube and Liberty Bridge, where number of ruin inns, cafes and teracces, bistros and restaurantes, meeting points, different working places for digital nomads,supermarkets, Libraries,students meeting places and clubs can be found in a multicultural distrist. The flat is a renew historical 4 level multiflat building (built in 1920's) on its first floor (with elevator) where you can experience the real life in Budapest like a Budapester as you are also supposed to live the locals life with local urban residents and keep the order of the house. You will have a really strong impression when you enter the gateway from busy Üllöi street and you can get in touch immidiatelly with the past 100 years of Hungary.
Our small split level studioflat is on the first floor, entrance from courtyard corridor. The house is located in the middle of busy downtown yet wonderfully peaceful and relaxing and feels like a true home from home. A perfect base for travellers, students, business people, honeymooners, for sightseeing, digital nomads or for home-officers.....
Size 31 sqm has a combined living area with an openaired kitchen and upstairs a sleeping area . The apartment situates up to 3 guests, however it is most comfortable for 1, for a couple or 2 friends, mates. It has a small bathroom with a bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC. Fully equipped open plan kitchenette,a dining table with 4 chairs, a desk/laptop space, (free, max.360 Mb/sec WIFI) a pull out sofa and armchairs serve your comfort.
On mezzanine (reach with stairs) there is a double bed (160 cmX 200 cm) and a furher rolling extrabed for a 3.person.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

The apartment is cool and very spacious. The furniture is good, but a bit older. The location is great! Unfortunately, it is a bit louder in the building in the morning. The hostess is very nice and accommodating.
