Top Floor Apartment in Funchal Centre With Two Balconies And Nice Views.

It has recently been restored with AC.

Very quiet although the apartment is in Funchal Centre.

3 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies with a glimpse of the sea.

Situated in the heart centre of Funchal, just behind La Vie Shopping Centre including a 24/7 pharmacy and a supermarket.

10 minutes flat walking distance to the Cathedral, Santa Catarina Park and Municipal Garden, Golden Gate Café, Ritz Café and Theatre Café or the Marina where most buses stop.

Car park is done in the street in paid metres.

3 bedrooms: one with a queen double bed, the other with 2 single beds, and the 3rd one with a sofa double bed. With windows opening onto the balcony with a view over the rooftops, the mountains, the church and a glimpse of the sea. Large wardrobes. Bed-linen, bathroom towels and beach towels included.

2 bathrooms: one is en-suite to main bedroom with toilet, bath and shower; the other one with enclosure shower and toilet.

The living/dining room are fitted with 2 piece suite and the sofa is a double bed, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, cable TV, free Wifi, DVD. A breakfast bar with 3 chairs. Large window opening onto the balcony with a view over the rooftops, the mountains and a glimpse of the sea.

I stayed in this amazing apartment for a year. Beautiful views and very spacious.

The only criticism I would have is that the furniture definitely needs updating. For example, bed frames, mattresses, wardrobes in guest rooms and living room furniture require a little TLC.

You may get the odd noises outside due to there being a motorbike shop beneath the apartment, so that can be slightly annoying especially in the evening.

The host Maria is phenomenal, any issues at all and she is quick to get them resolved immediately. Pleasant, friendly and hospitality was beyond my expectations.

Neighborhood
I would describe the neighbourhood as very friendly but slightly noisy due to being very central.

Recommended places nearby
I would recommend the following places to visit- Plaza Madeira, Harbour, Funcal Old Town, Camara De Lobos, Machicco and that is just to mention a few.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
