Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The neighborhood is far from the center of Prague. There is no metro station within walking distance. The tram station is located 8 min walk. The most convenient public transport was the bus. The street and area are more for young families but not for a couple looking for a city experience. There was plenty of ambulance noise due to the nearby hospital.
Very quite place near the park and in the same time not far fron public transport
The address is in Vršovice but the building is located right at the "border" with Vinohrady so the moment you step out, you find yourself among beautiful villas. There's a small park right outside the window. There's a small Tesco within a 3-5 minute walking distance and a bigger one 10 minutes away, as well as a Lidl in the same distance from the building, in the opposite direction (you can get right to the doorstep of both by taking a bus for 1 stop). A tram stop is located 6 minutes away from the building but it's usually better to take the metro (10-15 minutes walking, depending on how fast you walk. You can also take a bus for 1 stop to get there). You can get to Prague 1 within less that 30 minutes - counting from the moment you leave the apartment). Prague 2 and 3 (both very nice and popular areas with a lot of places to hang out) are even closer.
The areas of Jiřího z Poděbrad or Náměstí Míru are worth visiting. You can find some nice cafes along Ruska street. I also strongly recomment Havlíčkovy sady and the large cemetery of Olšany is supposed to be beautiful - although I haven't been there.
