This bright and fully renovated apartment is located on Čekaluša Street, one of Sarajevo’s most distinctive and well-preserved central streets. The area has a peaceful, residential atmosphere while still being within easy walking distance of the city centre, restaurants, cafés, cultural venues, parks and everyday amenities.
The apartment is approximately 50 m² and is situated on the first floor of a charming historic Austro-Hungarian building. The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is on the first floor.
It has been carefully furnished and equipped with longer stays in mind, making it particularly suitable for professionals, remote workers, couples or anyone relocating to Sarajevo for several months.
The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed, a bright living area with a sofa that can also accommodate an additional guest, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and practical storage space.
The kitchen is designed for everyday use rather than just short visits and includes all the essentials for cooking at home, as well as a dishwasher. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and the space is fully furnished and ready to move into. Heating keeps the apartment comfortable during Sarajevo’s winter months.
Čekaluša is a particularly convenient location for anyone who wants to live centrally without being directly in the busiest tourist streets. Veliki Park, one of Sarajevo’s main green spaces, is approximately a 7-minute walk away. The historic centre, pedestrian areas, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport are all easily accessible on foot.
The neighbourhood itself is quiet and residential, with a mix of historic Sarajevo architecture and everyday local life. It offers a good balance between proximity to the centre and a calmer place to come home to at the end of the day.
Street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability and local parking regulations. Paid public parking options are also available nearby.
The apartment can accommodate up to three people, although it is particularly comfortable for one person or a couple looking for a well-equipped home for an extended stay in Sarajevo.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
