Welcome to our cozy 68 m² maisonette in Athens, a little home away from home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Acropolis.
Set over two levels, the maisonette is perfect for longer stays and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You’ll have your own private entrance, a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.
There’s also a private outdoor area where you can enjoy your morning coffee, plus access to our green rooftop terrace with lovely views towards the Acropolis hill.
One of the things we love most about the location is that you get a peaceful, local neighbourhood while still being close to everything. The Acropolis is around a 15-minute walk away and the nearest metro station about 10 minutes on foot. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops nearby, with a bakery just 2 minutes away and a supermarket around 5 minutes away.
When you feel like exploring, the nearby neighbourhoods of Koukaki, Filopappou, Thissio and Petralona are full of cafés, restaurants and that relaxed Athenian atmosphere and of course, the historic centre is right on your doorstep.
There is also free private parking, which is a real bonus if you’re staying in Athens for a while or travelling by car.
The maisonette is fully independent and works equally well for professionals, couples, families or anyone looking to slow down and enjoy Athens for a month or longer.
A small note: The Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (Environmental Fee) is charged separately from the rental price, at €8 per day from April to October and €2 per day from November to March.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
