A bright and spacious private attic studio in Costa da Caparica, just a 6-minute walk from the beach. The studio has been newly renovated, with new furniture and equipment throughout.

The studio offers a peaceful and independent space, with a large private terrace, plenty of natural light, a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. It is a comfortable option for one person, particularly remote workers, digital nomads or international professionals looking for a medium-term home by the sea, while remaining within easy reach of Lisbon.

One of the highlights of the studio is its large private terrace, providing a lovely outdoor space for breakfast, reading, working, relaxing or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Inside, the studio has a comfortable sleeping area, a dining table for two, and space for a dedicated workspace. It has fast Wi-Fi and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery and the basic essentials for everyday cooking.

The private bathroom has been recently renovated and features a walk-in shower, skylight and contemporary finishes.

The studio is located in a quiet residential area of Costa da Caparica, within walking distance of the beach, cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday amenities. The location offers a good balance between coastal living and access to Lisbon.

There is no washing machine in the studio, but a self-service laundrette is approximately 3–4 minutes' walk away, making laundry convenient.

The property is an attic, with some areas of sloping ceiling, as shown in the photographs.

I have always enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. Over the years, I have shared the homes I lived in with Erasmus students and people from different countries, and I have always enjoyed the experience of welcoming people into my home and getting to know them. I also have previous experience managing holiday rentals, including welcoming guests and doing check-ins. What I enjoyed most was meeting people, helping them settle in and being available whenever they needed local advice or practical help. This attic studio is particularly special to me because it is part of my childhood home. I designed and renovated the space specifically to create an independent place for someone to live comfortably for a few months. The attic itself holds many memories for me, so I wanted to give it a new life while keeping the character of the house. The studio has a shared entrance with the main house, but the space itself is completely private and independent. I live in the house, so I am nearby if you need anything, while also respecting your privacy and independence. I particularly enjoy welcoming people who are looking for more than just a place to stay — a comfortable home from which to live, work and discover the area.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
