Stylish and exceptionally spacious 100 m² apartment located on Vlašská Street in Prague 1, Malá Strana, accommodating up to 6 guests. Set within a beautiful historic building with elevator access. Guests can also enjoy a private balcony offering views over the Lesser Town streets, as well as a free parking space in the building's garage.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a bright, spacious living room with two comfortable sofa beds (150 × 200 cm each), air conditioning, a large dining table, and direct access to the private balcony. The modern fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for everyday living, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware. The apartment offers two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and its own private bathroom fitted with a luxurious rain shower. The master bedroom also features air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, while the second bedroom is located next to a separate toilet. For additional convenience, the apartment is equipped with both a washing machine and a separate dryer, making it an excellent choice for both short and extended stays.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prague's enchanting Malá Strana, one of the city's most beautiful and historic neighborhoods, known for its charming cobblestone streets, magnificent Baroque palaces, embassies, cozy cafés, traditional Czech restaurants, and peaceful gardens. Just a short stroll from the apartment, you'll find Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge, Kampa Island, Petřín Hill, and the picturesque Nerudova Street. Despite its tranquil atmosphere, the area is excellently connected by public transport, with nearby tram stops providing quick access to Old Town, Wenceslas Square, and the rest of Prague, allowing you to experience the city's most iconic landmarks while enjoying the unique charm of Lesser Town.

How can I cancel my booking?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
