Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

UNBEATABLE location, UNBEATABLE balcony . This is how I would descrive my 3 weeks staying in a nutshell.
You're definitely in Faro downtown but away from the noise and mess : 5 min walking ( or even less) from everything and every place of central Faro .
But actually this apartment is more than that : It's bright, cosy, it's stylishly furnished, and the large balcony is incredibly comfortable: large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing in the evenings, staring at the stars in the summer while enjoying a drink. And when the weather gets too hot, well, a perfect air conditioning system throughout the house helps you sleep well. All of this made the time fly by, pleasantly.
The apartment has plenty of amenities (including a washing machine), so you'll have no problem staying there for a while.
The plus is the prompt support from Kimja (the owner), who is always kind and transparent in her communication.
Well, if I were to return to Faro, this would definitely be my first choice for accommodation.

Tanto Kim como su propiedad son una perfecta opción para alojarse en Faro. Está ha sido mi lugar fijo por casi 1 mes y ya la sentía mi casa. Al salir ya la extrañaba. Podía ir caminando a cualquier sitio de Faro, tenía cerca un estacionamiento gratis para dejar mi coche. La vista desde el balcón fue muy relajante (y divertida en momentos) para mi. Recomendable? 100% Pude hacer teletrabajo de forma eficiente usando un 2do monitor. Todo perfecto!! Pude conocer todo el Algarve y hasta llegué a ir a Lisboa y regresar el mismo día. Todo eso lo permite esta locación. Ahh.. y tiene cerca sitios históricos de interés y el muelle para ir a las playas.. está de 100!
