NEIGHBORHOOD
Along the riverside promenade you’ll find cozy restaurants, a cycling path, and one of Budapest’s thermal baths very close.
Within just a few steps of the building there are: café, grocery stores, ice cream and pastry shop, pharmacy, swimming pool, tennis courts, padel courts, ice rink for skating, big gym, beauty salon, hairdresser — everything you’ll appreciate during a longer stay.
The city center is only 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes away by public transport, and a dedicated bike path runs all along the Danube. Night buses operate as well, so getting home is always easy. Parking on the street is 0-24 free.
The residential park itself is quiet, green and full of birdsong — ideal for recharging.
This is a place where walking or jogging in the fresh air becomes a daily pleasure on the promenad by the Danube branch – and you can even enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on the calm river.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
