Flat for rent - Οαχάκα

Flat 10-15 minutes walking to the main square of the city (Zocalo). The flat has a great view of the mountains and the city. It has full modern kitchen and very fast internet (120mbps)
Location is good too, everything can be done walking:

Chedrahui (Mexican version of Walmart) is 8 minutes walking.
Water dispenser 2 minutes walking.
Laundry 4 minutes walking.
Historical centre 12-15 minutes walking
Bus stop 4 minutes walking
Restaurant 2 minutes walking
The flat being on the third floor has a unique view of the mountains and the city, it is on the tallest building of the neighbourhood so you will have an amazing view.

The communal terrace is on the next level where you will have a 360 degree view of the city. It has two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with streaming services included: netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Star +, Paramount+, HBO MAX. There are many options for sports within star+ you can watch NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, Nascar, College Footballl, NCAA, and all sorts of other college sports. Also, boxing, Tenis, NHL, Wimbledon, Indycar, PGA Tour, and all varieties of sports. Within the prime video app you can watch UFC, MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, WWE. So we have streaming services with movies, series and all sort of live sports.

There is an architect designed kitchen with lots of cooking appliances, stove, oven, three coffee makers (pour over coffee, Italian coffee maker, drop coffee maker, there is a kettle, knives, pots, pans and everything you could need in a kitchen.

Internet is strong, fast and reliable, the building is located a bit out of the hustle of the tourist area, so, for a Mexican central area it is considered quiet especially at night (for Mexican standards).

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
