Located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs, the space features two comfortable bedrooms both with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a living room and one private bathroom. On the living room side it faces an urban street view, on the bedroom’s side it faces the building shared garden located on the first floor, to which you also will have access and where you can relax in the sun or unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Situated in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll find local shops and grocery stores just steps away, with easy access to the authentic charm of Lisbon. A 5-minute walk brings you to the famous tram 28, and within 10 - 15 minutes, you can visit iconic landmarks like Lisbon’s Cathedral, Alfama District or the Pantheon. The area is also filled with traditional restaurants where you can savor local cuisine.
The apartment offers a clear distinction between the living and sleeping areas. Both the bathroom and bedrooms are fully enclosed for added privacy.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
