The space
Marvel at panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain from every corner of the Burj Royale 3-bedroom plus study apartment. The bright and airy living area boasts an open-plan layout, complete with luxurious furnishings, a 65-inch Smart TV, and tastefully curated art and accessories. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space, perfect for enjoying meals prepared in the modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances, including a SMEG toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Each of the three separate bedrooms features its own distinctive design and decor, offering full views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and Fountain. The three bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, featuring both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, as well as vanities with sinks and toilet facilities. Towels and toiletries are provided for guest convenience.

Outdoor Space & Amenities:

Enjoy the breathtaking views from two private balconies overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera, and other landmarks. The apartment is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall. Guests have access to air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities including a washer and dryer, and secure access to the building. Two dedicated covered parking spaces are provided for guests with vehicles.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
