Located in the center of Óbuda (Old Buda) between Árpád and Margaret bridge. You can jog to famous Margaret island or can walk to Kolossy square where you find many restaurants, bars, Starbucks, groceries, cinema and even 2 small shopping malls. In front of the building you have a bus stop and also the tram that goes around whole Budapest is 5 min walk away. Also Graphisoft park is easy reach as well as Váci street office workers-business trip visitors tend to choose my flat for their trip.

The flat is newly renovated, with well equipped kitchen, bathroom and has a balcony as well. You can also use the garden to have your lunch-diner or read a book.

If you wish to use the parking additonal fee applies, and please let me know in advance to ensure a spot for you.

Overall, we had a really positive experience with this apartment. At the beginning of our stay, there were a couple of small things that needed a bit of adjustment for us to feel fully settled, but after that, we were able to really enjoy our time there.
The flat itself is lovely—very well maintained, nicely furnished, and spacious, which made it very comfortable to live in. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully set up, and it feels like a great place to stay.
The location is also a big plus, with supermarkets, transport, and everything you might need close by, as well as plenty of options for leisure. The building is quiet, which made daily life very pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the garden on sunny days.

Szemben van olasz pizzéria, 10 percre gyalog a Flóirán tér, ott van a Flórián üzletközpont. Ott van drogéria, kifőzde, lehet reggelizni is.

Fiquei neste apartamento e não podia estar mais satisfeita! Localizado numa zona calma, com paragem de autocarro quase à porta. Há outras paragens de transportes públicos a cerca de 7 minutos a pé, o que facilita bastante a mobilidade, porque dá mais opções de escolha. O apartamento, apesar de pequeno, é muito espaçoso e tem todas as condições necessárias, seja para uma semana ou estadias mais prolongadas. A senhoria é muito prestável e responde com rapidez a qualquer questão colocada. Recomendo e, se voltar a Budapeste, escolherei este local de novo!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
