Very well situated appartment: vibrant area with nice coffees and restaurants, bookshops and all necessary stores. Brand new windows which make the flat very calm. This is rare in Athens ;-) very appreciated. Awesome bed with luxurious mattress ... Bedroom: of course the window in the bedroom has NOT a sea view ;-) but all in all it is spacious, well equipped and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen is a bit small indeed but functional; that's OK; The entryway has plenty of coat hooks, is quite large which is very nice. The living room is separated by a door; there is a very comfortable sofa with a large TV and a table that easily seats 4 to 6 people. Nice place to stay !

Neighborhood
pleasant quite animated with coffee terrasse untilquite late in the night but after 1:am , women alone could feel a bit unsecure but it is just a feeling : we did not see any particular worrying people / scene.

Recommended places nearby
Palestinian restaurant nearby: simple and pleasant welcome and good, sane food at a very reasonable price. Lycabettus Hill of course (20-30min walk from the flat), and the Archeological Museum (20 min walk)
