The apartment was in great condition and the check-in process was very easy. What really stood out to me was the location, very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, yet in a quiet residential area with plenty of good, affordable restaurants nearby. It’s a perfect base to start exploring Valencia or to unwind away from the tourist crowds.
Getting to the city center is super easy, just one 15-minute bus ride away, or about a 35–40 minute walk passing through cool neighborhoods like Ruzafa and Montolivet, both full of nice spots for tapas and drinks.
The apartment itself is small but has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only small improvement could be for the host team to be a bit more proactive in sharing local tips or recommendations, but overall, it’s an excellent place that I would definitely recommend.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is calm and residential, giving you a real local feel of Valencia. It’s close to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the city’s main landmarks, but still away from the busiest tourist areas. You’ll find plenty of small restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby, all with great prices.
It’s also very well connected, just one short bus ride from the city center, or about a 35–40 minute walk through lively neighborhoods like Ruzafa and Montolivet, where you’ll find great bars and tapas spots. It’s a perfect balance between convenience and quiet.
