Great location to visit porto. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser le métro. Tous se visite à moins de 20min de marche. Appartement conforme à la description. Très bien pour une personne ou un couple. Bonne communication.

Situé dans la haute ville de Porto. Quartier calme avec des restaurants et à 2 pas des rues plus animées. Vous êtes à 5 min du métro, et à 15min à pied de la basse ville (quai du port)

The apartment was advertised as 60 m², but in reality, it’s about half that size. During my stay, there was extremely loud heavy-duty construction nearby — the noise and vibration from the equipment were constant on weekdays and made it difficult to stay in during the day.
On the positive side, the unit itself is newly renovated and in good condition. It includes a small bedroom, a very compact bathroom, and a functional kitchen. Overall, it’s suitable for a maximum of two people, but be aware of the size discrepancy and potential construction noise.

The small street we noticed sometimes people peeing on the sidewalks. The location is popular so unfortunate that some people do these things.

It was a great experience. We were met on arrival, told everything and showed around. The apartment was clean and high-tech. We had a great time there. The area is great, there is a store, metro and bus stops nearby. The center is only 20 minutes walk away. I highly recommend the host and this apartment to you if you are coming to Porto. The host was always in touch and responded very quickly, he gave a lot of useful advice and information about the city of Porto.

Everything said in previous reviews is accurate. I’d just add that the rooms are never completely dark, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to light. Otherwise, the apartment is perfect for a short to mid-term stay, with everything conveniently located nearby.

We had a great 10-day stay in this apartment. Everything was very clean, and the host was kind, polite, and always helpful when we had questions. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location is excellent — right in the city center, with a metro station nearby. We came straight from the airport by metro and walked just a short distance to get there. Everything was perfect — thank you!

We recently had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Porto! Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment offers a clean and modern space that's perfectly sized for a couple. While the terrace/garden is shared with the building and is on the ground floor, the apartment itself had pretty much everything we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
What we loved:
- The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very modern. It was clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining the space.
- Despite being small, it was perfectly sized for two people. We never felt cramped and it had everything we needed without feeling cluttered.
- We really appreciated that the apartment was so well-equipped. It truly had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home.
- The fridge and freezer space were fantastic – plenty of room for our groceries and leftovers.
- Having separate AC units with remote controls in both the living room and bedroom was a huge plus, allowing us to customize the temperature in each space.
Things to be aware of:
- Being on the road-facing side, there is some traffic noise, especially during the night. As a light sleeper, I was initially a little concerned about this, but honestly, it wasn't bad at all. After a few days, I barely noticed it at all.
- We did experience some stickiness with the front door lock. It often took a bit of jiggling the key and the door to get it open, sometimes taking a few minutes. It's a minor inconvenience but worth noting and a little frustrating at times.
Small improvements that would make it perfect 10/10:
- The shower was good with plenty of hot water, but the showerhead was handheld and quite small with somewhat limited pressure. A larger showerhead, perhaps even with a fixed option in addition to the handheld one, would enhance the showering experience.
- We noticed that one of the pans was quite scratched. We simply used the other available pan, so it wasn't a significant problem, but it might be worth replacing in the future.
Overall:
Despite a couple of very minor points, we had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It's well-located in Porto, making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was also excellent and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other couples looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped base for their Porto adventure!

The apartment is new, comfortable, and has everything that you need. It also is in a really great location. The apartment is on the third floor facing the street. You will hear the traffic and metro noise, but you will get used to it. Thankfully the windows help with some of the noise.
The landlord is very friendly and made me feel welcome. The whole process was easy. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is just about three minutes by foot from the main metro station, Trindade. There are also a few food and other type of stores you can walk to.

Квартира отличная, Руслан очень во многом помогает и все вопросы решает очень оперативно, так же может подсказать, что тут вообще и как, предупредить о разных неожиданностях, например, что в Рождество закрыто абсолютно все и продуктами нужно затариться заранее.
