Kahtal is a spacious, comfortable, and welcoming home in Cancún, created for digital nomads, remote workers, creatives, and travelers looking for a peaceful local experience and the opportunity to connect with like-minded people from around the world.
You’ll stay in a bright and cozy private room with your own bathroom, double bed, air conditioning, fan, work desk and chair, closet, and sitting area. With fast 500 Mbps WiFi and a dedicated workspace, the room is well suited for both working remotely and relaxing.
The house has four guest rooms and plenty of space, making it easy to enjoy your privacy while still having the opportunity to meet other international guests. You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, yard, and other common spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home.
The location makes everyday life easy: you’ll be close to supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, and other essentials, with convenient public transportation and a direct bus connection to Cancún’s Hotel Zone.
For beach days, we provide a beach umbrella, cooler, and chairs so you can enjoy the Caribbean without having to buy or bring your own gear.
Kahtal is also home to two cats and a tortoise who live in the yard. They don’t enter the house, but they’re part of the home’s environment. As this is a residential neighborhood, you may also occasionally hear a rooster crow, part of experiencing Cancún beyond the tourist zone.
Please note that some photos have not yet been updated. The main furniture remains as shown, including the bed frame, desk, and closet. The sitting area and ergonomic chair are currently being upgraded for added comfort, and we’re also making some improvements to the bathroom.
More than simply offering a room, we’d like Kahtal to be a respectful and easygoing home for people who value good coexistence, openness, and a more conscious way of living. We especially appreciate guests who care for the environment and respect Cancún’s beaches and natural surroundings.
