In der modernen Küche stehen dir ein Herd, ein Backrohr, ein Kühlschrank und ein Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung. Die Küche verfügt über eine Komplettausstattung bestehend aus Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster.
Im Badezimmer findest du eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Hand- und Badetücher sowie Flüssigseife, Duschgel und Föhn werden dir gerne zur Verfügung gestellt. Das WC befindet sich getrennt vom Badezimmer in einem kleinen Raum beim Eingangsbereich.
DIE LAGE
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: In wenigen Minuten erreichst du zu Fuß U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus. So gelangst du schnell zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Wiener Innenstadt – vom Stephansdom und der Hofburg bis zur Staatsoper. Schloss Schönbrunn mit seinen prachtvollen Gärten und dem Tiergarten liegt ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe, ebenso der berühmte Naschmarkt und zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch für Business-Gäste ist das Apartment ideal: Das Vienna International Center (UNO-City) sowie das Austria Center Vienna erreichst du mit der U-Bahn bequem in etwa 25 Minuten. Große Konzerte in der Stadthalle sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Apartment kann über einen Self-Check-In betreten werden. Kurz vor deiner Ankunft bekommst du einen Zugangscode zugeschickt, mit dem du ganz unabhängig und problemlos einchecken kannst.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
