Почти новая, отделанная дорогими материалами с качественной мебелью, удобной кроватью и белоснежным бельем. Расположение отличное, в самом центе исторического центра, как я понимаю. Недалеко есть большой супермаркет Пингодос с большим выбором. Совсем рядом метро, кафе, рестораны. Немного шумновато из-за улицы, но не критично. За-то не скучно, всегда есть на что посмотреть из окон.

We recently had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Porto! Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment offers a clean and modern space that's perfectly sized for a couple. While the terrace/garden is shared with the building and is on the ground floor, the apartment itself had pretty much everything we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What we loved: - The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very modern. It was clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining the space. - Despite being small, it was perfectly sized for two people. We never felt cramped and it had everything we needed without feeling cluttered. - We really appreciated that the apartment was so well-equipped. It truly had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. - The fridge and freezer space were fantastic – plenty of room for our groceries and leftovers. - Having separate AC units with remote controls in both the living room and bedroom was a huge plus, allowing us to customize the temperature in each space. Things to be aware of: - Being on the road-facing side, there is some traffic noise, especially during the night. As a light sleeper, I was initially a little concerned about this, but honestly, it wasn't bad at all. After a few days, I barely noticed it at all. - We did experience some stickiness with the front door lock. It often took a bit of jiggling the key and the door to get it open, sometimes taking a few minutes. It's a minor inconvenience but worth noting and a little frustrating at times. Small improvements that would make it perfect 10/10: - The shower was good with plenty of hot water, but the showerhead was handheld and quite small with somewhat limited pressure. A larger showerhead, perhaps even with a fixed option in addition to the handheld one, would enhance the showering experience. - We noticed that one of the pans was quite scratched. We simply used the other available pan, so it wasn't a significant problem, but it might be worth replacing in the future. Overall: Despite a couple of very minor points, we had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It's well-located in Porto, making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was also excellent and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other couples looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped base for their Porto adventure!

Maria is just wonderful, she helped us from the very beginning, gave us clear recommendations on how to find accommodation, how to get there. She was constantly in touch, ready to help. The apartment is very spacious, it has everything you need for both a short and long stay. The transport connections in Prague are excellent, so we had no problems getting to any part of Prague

Sonia was a great host. If there was a question, she responded immediately and found a solution. The apartment is well equipped with all the things you need for a longer stay. The internet connection was very fast and stable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a quiet side street and the house itself was always quiet. Supermarkets and other shops and cafes are only a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop almost right outside the front door, which takes you to Keleti train station in 10 minutes. The M1 is about 10 minutes away. It was great that the large city park is opposite and invites you for walks, sports or a cozy cafe. We had a great stay in Budapest and would rent the apartment again.

The flat was nice, as displayed in the ad. So I am satisfied with it. However, the communication with the Host has been very bad since the beginning, without replies, answers to questions, and giving a lot of misinformation. It seems their team is not aligned at all, and it created a lot of back and forward. Thankfully, Flatio helped me to communicate with the host.

My experience was excellent. Communication with the landlord was prompt and polite, and the apartment was very clean and fully renovated. The location was ideal — just a 3-minute walk from the metro and other public transport, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a great option with excellent value for money.

The property is in an incredible location and is a wonderfully typical rural property for the region. The property is comfortable with amazing indoor and outdoor accommodation which is instantly relaxing. That said the mobile phone and internet signals are both robust and with sufficient bandwidth that it is possible to stream and/or work a job from the property. The setting with animals grazing nearby and fruit orchards surrounding the property only adds to the charm. The hosts are so friendly and helpful that you will feel like part of their extended family. Thank you for a perfect stay and looking forward to returning in the future to this slice of heaven. Thank you so much for not just great accommodation which I enjoy but wonderful memories I am cultivating.

This place has everything you could possibly need and more. The host Isabel is truly amazing—always attentive and ready to help with anything. I couldn't be happier with my stay. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel right at home.

Great host, quick replies and fixed any issues I had

Silke is a great host, would totally recommend the apartment to make a wonderful stay in Lisbon. Perfectly located, you can get anywhere, 15-20 minutes walking to the historic centre, 8 minutes to two metro stations, and a bus stop just around the corner. The apartment has everything you might need, and is very neatly cleaned for your comfortable stay. There are blinders on a bathroom window, so your privacy will be secured. The place is cosy and quiet, and I felt very secure as a female single traveller to have as many as three doors to get to the apartment. In 5 minutes walking you will have two supermarkets to meet your every need. Silke and her neighbour are very friendly and ready to help out, I am really grateful to them.

The view is amazing, great location. The flat provides truly oldschool experience with all that vintage decor. Though i didn't like the bathroom and it's smell (even bought the diffusor), there was mold on the showerhead, and only 1 small heater is definitely not enough for colder days in April.
