It was better than I had expected. The place was clean and tidy. The host Selena was great and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The neighbourhood was easily accessible, supermarkets within walking distance and simply easy to get around. Hopefully in the future, if the place is available, I would stay there again.

Definitely recommend this place.

Zoltan and Kati's place is a light-filled, huge, airy apartment tastefully furnished with antique furniture and hundreds of books. My husband especially appreciated the work desk with the large monitor which came in very handy for his computer that he traveled with. I love the reading lamp, which is actually for reading, not just for mood lighting. We were also happy to find the apartment very quiet, with minimal to no traffic noise.
As others commented, the neighborhood is wonderful and very safe, with all the amenities you would ever need, Starbucks, DM, pharmacy, health food store, Mammut shopping mall, with many great restaurants and a huge Spar inside, etc., within walking distance. Nearby Mechwart and Millenaris parks are great to wander around when the weather permits.
Also, the owners are very accommodating, quick to respond, and easy to talk to. All in all, we had a wonderful experience in this apartment and would love to come back next year.

Byt byl v úžasném stavu, bez jakýchkoliv závad na první pohled. Jediným negativem byla probíhající stavba hned za okny, ovšem toto nelze ze strany majitele ovlivnit. Lokalitně byl byt taktéž parádně dostupný, cca 25-30 minut tramvají od centra, 3 zastávky od metra. Spolupráce s majitelem proběha taktéž bez jakýchkoliv problémů, včetně navrácení věci, jež byly v bytě zapomenuty z naší strany. Rozhodně bych šel do dalšího pronájmu s tímto majitelem.

Byt odpovídal fotografiím i popisu a byl příjemně zařízený. Velkou výhodou je jeho umístění v blízkosti metra i tramvaje, takže je velmi snadné dostat se kamkoli po městě. Majitel byl po celou dobu pobytu komunikativní, vstřícný a ochotný pomoci, kdykoli bylo potřeba. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a rádi doporučujeme dál.

Nádherné, čisté a moderní ubytování ! Byt je plně vybaven, nebyla jediná věc, co by mi tam chyběla.
Dům je hned přes ulici od moře, pláž před domem je nádherná.
V okolí se dá stále něco dělat, ideální místo na výlety, ale i na odpočinek u moře.
Internet fungoval bez problému - ideální místo pro lidi, kteří pracují online.
Vše bylo naprosto perfektní, Frank byl velmi příjemný a nápomocný.
Rozhodně toto ubytování doporučuji.

Great place - very cosy and clean, in a beautiful area yet affordable prices - close to everything from public transportation to the river, gardens, shops and open air market to buy food and antiques. Owner very available, gave suggestions about places where to eat and visit. Ideal flat also for long-term stay - fully furnished in a stylish way - and with a functional kitchen. I strongly recommend this home.
