The flat is well designed and has all necessecities. The washing mashine and dryer combo is really good, as well as the the sleeping couch for guests and the 2 rooms are very spacious. Downsights are the very dry, hot air once the windows are closed and the bad smell coming from the shower drain due to he house's old pipes.

The host is pretty laissez-faire about everything and not involved -> on the upside you will be left alone, on the other side don't expect the company to be pro-active with any issues or repairs.

The flat feels quite spacious given its relatively small actual size, certainly sufficient for a couple. It is also beautifuly done, just as the pictures show, and fully equipped, too. You will find everything you need there. The location is excellent with both public transport and splendid parks nearby.
We were unfortunate in that we had moved in prior to a complete renovation of a flat directly bellow, which caused a lot of noise during the day, but that has been finished recently.
Also, the neighbours upstairs are a bit loud, so if you enjoy reading in silence and going to bed quite early as much as we do, this might be a thing to consider.
Other than that we had a great stay, the owner was always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom temperature is fairly cool, even during hot summers. The kitchen is absolutely top notch so if you are keen on cooking, you will be more than satisfied in that regard.

The apartment is looking and is equipped exactly as seen on the pictures. It has all the amenities you need for comfortable living. The landlord was super friendly and helpful and answered immediately in case of questions or queries. I can highly recommend!

This place is great in terms of security, location and decor. I always could reach someone when I had question or issue (my battery needed to be replaced on my door to enter). They sent someone over to replace the battery which in 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company and landlord again.

The studio is new and cosy, surpassed my expectations! The studio has a nice and modern bathroom with towels and a convenient kitchenette. I stayed there for two weeks, and it felt like home! Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht! Auch die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin klappte immer sehr gut und kompliziert.
Einzig zu bemängeln wäre der Lärm, der der Lage des Hauses geschuldet ist. Auch waren manche Begegnungen im Stiegenhaus mit anderen Bewohner*innen creepy. Mein Kind habe ich dort nicht alleine hinausgehen lassen.

Krásně a účelně vybavený apartmán zcela ztrácí na své hodnotě, pokud se v bytě pod vámi ubytují kuřáci. Bohužel z jejich balkonu jde kouř/smrad přímo do vaší ložnice a nemůžete větrat, spát. Poučení pro příště: prověřit, zda ubytovatelé mají vyhrazené místo pro kuřáky a myslí i na ostatní, kteří si chrání své zdraví.
