Owner was flexible and helpful. The reason for an 8 rating with the Owner instead a 9 or 10 is that a task that was agreed to be completed, not critical for me personally but created a small frequent hassle, wasn't delivered on. I made them aware of the issue two times but since it wasn't critical I just lived with it.

I would rent from owner again after having a quick chat about the above issue.

The studio is as presented on the photos; minimalist and appropriate for those who do not mind having just the essentials. Unfortunately, the portable washing machine wasn't working properly, so hopefully that gets sorted out for the future guests. Other than that, the studio has good internet and heating, making it suitable for remote work or study. The location is convenient and the neighbours are friendly, as is the host (Eszter) who you can contact in case of any questions/issues.

This was our first experience with Flat.io, and it could not have been better. The host was always extremely helpful and reachable at any time — many thanks again for that!
The apartment was very new (we were only the third guests), spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. When we asked for a baby cot after booking, it was quickly and smoothly arranged, which we really appreciated.
We had a wonderful time in Tenerife and would like to thank Taña once again for the kind and friendly communication. We would absolutely recommend both the apartment and Flat.io and would be happy to book again!

Luis is so hospitable, mindful, and genuine! I felt like I was living with a friend of years. He was so helpful recommending places, clean and respectful of the house, gracious with his time, and made my stay in graça so perfect. I can’t wait to return! The room is spacious, well kept, and the flat is newly renovated. The neighborhood has so many cute wine bars and yet close enough to the city to get a car anywhere, but quiet enough to get rest and feel like you’re just outside the hustle enough to recharge.

Paní majitelka je velmi ochotná a příjemná žena a nějakým způsobem se jí podařilo dát bytu zvláštní kouzlo, které na mě dýchlo ihned po otevření dveří. Cítil jsem se velmi dobře, jako doma, díky kouzlu čisté pohody. Byt je perfektně a účelně vybavený a tak vstřícný přístup paní majitelky k mým nestandardním prosbám, jsem opravdu nečekal. The apartment is very well located, close to the center of Funchal but in a quiet area. It has a balcony with a view of Funchal’s harbor.
Both the apartment and the building were very clean and well organized.
The apartment is very well equipped, with everything needed for a long stay — things like a coffee maker, orange juicer, toaster, and plenty of dishes.
It also has a parking space in the garage, which is great since it’s quite difficult to park on the street. The only small downside is that the entrance to the parking area is a bit narrow.
The host is very friendly and attentive.
It was a great stay!

Marianna is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, open, helpful, and genuinely friendly.

The apartment was in good condition: everything matched the photos, I got exactly what I expected and had no issues. You can tell it’s an older building, so some elements are a bit worn, but this doesn’t affect the quality of living at all, everything important is in good shape.

The workspace is very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need and even more. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental made only for short stays. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by transport and right across from Keleti station. Because of that, there is sometimes some vibration. It also seems there is a hospital nearby, so ambulances pass often, but it didn’t bother me.

Overall, it’s a great apartment and a very pleasant host.

It's a good location, the photos are exact. It was cold some days and I had to juggle AC a bit (finding right parameters to have some air and be warm). Overall I would say it's worth the money.

The accommodation offers everything you need for everyday living and is located in a very beautiful, central, and safe area of the city. Cozy, chill flat in an unbeatable location -right by Deák Ferenc Square and super close to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere and perfect for exploring the city. The area can be loud since it’s the absolute center, but with earplugs I slept well. There was a minor issue with the toilet seat that required a few check-ins, which was a bit annoying, but it was ultimately resolved. The owner was nice, responsive, and genuinely helpful overall. Solid stay.
