The couch and bed linens were stained but other than that it was great. Landlord was quick to answer and very helpful. This is a great building to rent in. It is nice to have 24 hour reception and the roof top terrace had an amazing view.

The Apartment is well located. Only 15min by bus to the beach La Barceloneta (bus 59 or D20). Sometimes they are overcrowded but ok. Close-by restaurants were affordable if you are not going directly to La Rambla. A lot of playgrounds around (3, 5 or 10min by walking).

Grocery shop - either a small Coviran or Carrefour on La Rambla.

We were there with 2 small kids (5,2) and the size of the apartment was perfect. 2 bedrooms are very much needed if you want to sleep :-) The building and apartment are new, so we must watch our kids carefully. The day before our last day has been opened a pool on the roof, which provide a great experience between hot lunch and afternoon siesta.

The washing machine was missing, but you get used to it. The value for the money of this apartment was very worthy.

The location of this apartment is amazing, just around the corner you`ll discover the breathtaking ocean view. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, full of useful utilities. The only disadvantage is that there was no washing machine, but Lavanderia is 2-3 minutes away. Carlos is a very positive and helpfull host. would gladly come here again.

The flat is great, there is a superb view on the street and beautiful sunsets every evening! However, in the bedroom you can hear all the noise.
I would say that with the other large room of 60m2 they are the best.

The only small problem is the smell when we cook, there is no host in the kitchen.

The owner of the house Manuela is a very nice person and her house is wonerful place for people who want to enjoy nature, fresh air, beautiful landscapes, mountains and swimmimg in the localriver. I recommend this place to people who want inspiration for activity or just rest from big city life, Casa de Libelinhas, House of dragonflies.

The apartment is very nice, even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The landlord is very helpful and he managed to fix every problem we had as quickly as one can expect. The neighbourhood is pretty cool and there's every thing you can need. The only thing that can be improved is the sofa, but every other thing was better than expected.

Alena is a great host, answered all my questions, and helped a lot during my stay. All things described in the ad were present in the apartment, therefore it is very convenient for a short stay. The apartment is homely and cozy. The district is vibrant and the transportation is excellent, but I actually quite enjoyed long walks when I needed to get to the city center or some other place interesting. Overall, this accommodation is totally money's worth.

The apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood. It's very quiet and you can easily access restaurants and metro stations.
They have a lovely cat called Terra. She is shy but also cuddles with you after.
Alex and Filipa are amazing hosts. They trust their house to you. Everything is clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room is very comfortable.
We totally recommend staying with them.
