When we arrived, the house had some problems that we managed to resolve with the owner. The owner is very kind and helpful. In general the area is very comfortable and quiet, even the condominium. The price is a little high for what it offers, but we had a good time.

It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. It's very spacious and feels homely. The bathroom is extremely luxurious with a huge tub and a shower, lovely tiles. Estela is lovely and was so kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

Barry is very nice and very attentive to our needs. The apartment has a nice location, is well-equipped and is very bright with sunlight. A supermarket is very convenient to this location. The only issue we had is that the ceilings are low in places. This can lead to a lot of head bumping until you get used to it. Overall, we rate this apartment and landlord very highly.

Katia was very responsive and helpful. The flat is very cute, well thought through to make sure all you need is provided. This is not your typical rental apartment but more like a home. The flat is quite central and you can easily walk to most central areas in Lisbon in 20 mins. I highly recommend this flat and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is nice, quiet, and well-equipped with everything you need. The room is spacious, with a large mirror on the wardrobe, and there’s an additional wardrobe in the space between the main apartment and the suite.
I had a very pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing stay.
It’s easy to reach Lisbon or Caparica beaches by either public transport or car.
The landlord is attentive, helpful, and very kind.

David was great. Helpful and communicative and super flexible. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The AC was a must in August. Great view and the windows shut out any sound from the street below. The bus is literally 2 steps from the apartment and it’s super easing to get there from the airport. I enjoyed my time here and will miss it! Thanks David!
