Ruhige Lage, schnelle und gute Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrstransportmittel und des Zentrum, lebendiges Unterzentrum mit EKZ, Restaurants, Einzelhandelsgeschäften etc. fussläufig nahe bei. Schlichte, saubere Einraum-Wohnung in ruhigem Haus. Abstrich bei der Matratzenqualität. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über nur wenige SMS/Emails, die sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend gehalten waren. Vermieterin bietet auch weitergehende Hilfe an (z.B. Reinigung der Wäsche).

Hi Flatio,

I need to raise concern for Flatio and Flat owner.
The sofa has provided to us is in bad condition and rubber cover comes on it , when we used to seat on it.

My younger son (of one year age) eat it due to this stomach infection has happened and it created big problem to us.
when I asked for replacement to owner, they simply refuse it.

but during handover they are raising issue on small small thing.

The overall position of the flat is good as it is easy to access the center of town and the metro.

The management were hard to reach at times. We had issues with the bathroom and tv cable service but neither were fixed. The building is popular with weekend visitors from the UK who like to party and make a lot of noise so this was unfortunate as we have small kids who were woken up by the noise.
