Property is in a very good condition. Well equipped unit in a renovated building and the location is absolutely convenient. Being with minutes walk distance from Trindade metro station, you can take metro going any direction. Also you can walk to pretty much all the tour attractions as well as cool areas like Cedofeita etc from this property. And nearest Pingo Doce supermarket is in a few minutes walk and many other outlets of Continente and Pingo Doce available nearby - all walkable. Just one small thing - this unit faces main road, you hear the street & car noise at night. Fortunately I had a pair of ear plugs with me so I didnt have much issue with sleeping but if you’re a light sleeper, i strongly recommend to have earplugs with you. Lastly, the host was kind, caring and easily reachable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed being in this property for a month.

V tomto prenájme sme bývali skoro jeden rok a boli sme maximálne spokojný. Všetko prebiehalo bez problémov, byt bol vo výbornom stave a komunikácia s prenajímateľom bola vždy skvelá. Môžem len odporučiť a ďakujem za príjemne bývanie

We had a lovely month in this apartment! We are a family of 4, and we all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time! The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve ever had! If we come back to the Algarve, we will definitely stay again!

Thanks again to Iva who is a very kind, helpful, and understanding person! She was always able to answer my questions whenever I needed. We also had the chance to chat several times about various topics, and she also recommended some nice places to visit. I stayed here for about three months, and everything went very well. The room is spacious and offers plenty of storage, which is very convenient. The window is also great, overlooking the street below and filling the room with beautiful sunlight in the morning and natural light throughout the day. In my opinion, this is the quietest room because it is located near the bathroom (unlike the room with the balcony, which faces the kitchen) and is only adjacent to one other bedroom, which helps limit potential noise from the other roommates, since all four bedrooms are aligned. Overall, the apartment has everything you need (including an iron, ironing board, drying rack, pans and pots, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, wifi, etc.). A minor issue I would mention is that some of the provided items or utensils can be a bit dated, but my roommates and I mentioned this to Iva, and she gradually replaced some of them! Also the kitchen is quite small and there is no living room. There is shared storage space in the kitchen, each person has their own shelf in the fridge, and the freezer is shared. The apartment is easy to access, and there is an elevator available. The city center is about a 30 minute tram ride away, with the nearest stop, Sídliště Barrandov, just a 3 minute walk across the main square. Trams and buses also run at night, making it easy to get home even after midnight. Finally, I think each person’s experience may vary depending on the roommates at the time. I mostly shared the apartment with students my age, and everyone was friendly, clean, and calm, which was great. The building itself is very quiet, although the bedroom walls can be a bit thin, but this didn’t bother me much personally.

Great stay! The room was comfortable, clean, and well located near Marquês de Pombal. Rúben was very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I had a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended.

Bernadett is very kind and helpful. I had couple of issues with parking and she and her husband did a quite a effort to help me sort it out. Flat is exactly as described and I enjoyed the high ceiling a lot.

I stayed in the apartment for 8 months, my experience was generally good. The apartment is ideally located, 10 minutes from the tram and 4 minutes from the bus, there are bars, cafes and super markets nearby (I recommend the Tiki Taki). The street is not at all scary, although it is not one of the most beautiful. The neighbors don't make too much noise and the insulation is good. However there are some negative points: the owner left her things in the cupboards and drawers, which makes it difficult to feel completely at home and have all the space. The cleaning was not very well done upon arrival. Additionally, some basic kitchen utensils are missing and the mattress is not very comfortable. Communication with Eliska was generally good.

Great stay, wonderful location next to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for a longer stay, all necessary equipment and utensils are there. Beds are comfy, household appliances working fine, the interior is bright and pleasant. The host was welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend

We spent several months in this apartment during our Erasmus experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were four students sharing the flat, and from the very beginning it felt like home. The apartment is beautiful, very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a long stay. It has a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is also excellent, with great access to public transport. Being so close to the metro and bus connections made it very easy to get around the city and explore Lisbon. Communication with Maryam was always great. Whenever we needed anything, she responded quickly and was always helpful and available, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay in Lisbon.

Great location. Good host. Bathroom stinks a lot from the drain. Bought a lot of supplies for it but never really worked. Not a lot of privacy on the patio.
