Very nice building with great amenities. Excellent communication with owner. The unit is warm, bright, well equipped, great hot water and water pressure. Location is in a nice neighborhood less than 5 minutes to two transit stops. Happily recommended!

Since I work fully online, I had the opportunity to spend three months at Studio on a Farm, from September to November. The cottage is comfortable and has everything I needed. Glória and Janine are very kind and helpful. Communication with the owners was seamless. The area is truly beautiful, and I will definitely be back :)

In many years of renting short term in various cities in Europe, Martin's my favorite landlord. There were a couple of problems with lack of heat and then lack of electricity in the first part of my stay, but Martin gave me fair compensation. I much appreciated it. And he is an affable and witty guy. :)

Antonio was amazing. He worked with me while I was struggling to get my visa paperwork sort out and he even allowed me to change the date of arrival. The house is in a nice area, very close to the beach and shops. It is quite far from downtown Porto, but you have plenty of buses running nearby.

A wonderful, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. It's a little noisy due to the trams running underneath the building, but the ideal location makes up for it. It's a great neighborhood with everything you need. Lucie is a very friendly host, always ready to help. Thank you for this good time!

The apartment is located in a great area, walking distance to most places. Also the metro is very close. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, well structured, with great insulation and modern. The company BnBird reacted quickly to the messages although on the day of my arrival, just few hours before, their employee said they still did not have my signed lease and was not sure if they can let me in (the lease was signed weeks ago as per Flatio rules). Moreover, the apartment was not clean: we found dirty underwear, stains on the mattress, hair and dust on most surfaces. The company reacted quickly and suggested the cleaning next day, also brought extra sheets and towels.
All in all, if the apartment would have been clean upon arrival and with a few more forks and spoons (for 2 people just 1 tea spoon, 3 soup spoons etc.) our long-stay would have been more comfortable.

My stay in this apartment was truly wonderful. The place is even lovelier and brighter than it looks in the photos, with a spacious feel that pleasantly surprised me. It has everything you need for a long-term stay, every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home from day one.

Kristóf and Brigitta were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their friendliness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It’s a bright little haven in Budapest and a perfect place to stay.

I lived in the apartment for a month and worked from there remotely. It is the perfect location for a quiet stay close to Portos Center. João and Ana have been amazing hosts, always available for questions and suggestions. I appreciated the cleanliness and the modern furniture. It was the perfect workation location for me.

Very good apartment in a good neighborhood. We chose this apartment because it was large enough for an extended stay, but we were worried that the 15 to 20 minute walk to the center might be too much. In the end we found that there was a bus that went every 10 minutes to the center and also that the immediate neighborhood had excellent restaurants, Sidrerias, cafes and more than adequate grocery stores. The owners were very nice and the apartment was very functional and tastefully furnished. There was also something I liked about being away from the hustle of the center. We would probably try to get the same apartment if we come back.
