This is a good place; I stayed for several months. It's small, but comfortable. The kitchen has most everything you would need. The bed is great. The internet is fast and reliable. The views south over Prague are really nice. David was always responsive to any questions. Recommended!

Honest answer the flat was great. I had no real problems with it and the landlord and landlady were easy to get into contact with and quite friendly. My only comment would be getting the small hob fixed on the oven but honestly that is really minor and just something to remember getting sorted for the next people to come in.

Byt je perfektni. Nic tomu nechybelo. Svetly, tichy a na skvelem miste. Pan majitel mi sam vysvetlil, jak ovladat topeni. S pobytem jsem byla moc spokojena.

The flat is perfect. It had everything I needed, it was light, quiet, and in a great location. The landlord also explained how to control the heating. I was very happy with my stay.

The flat is cozy, spacy and well equipped. It is situated in the heart of Budapest, with plenty of shops nearby. There are lot of famous spots, monuments, churches etc. in walkable distance.
Within the building, the flat is located in the ground floor in the inner courtyard, which means there is almost no sunlight coming through the windows. As a result, we had to have the lights on during most of the day.
The equipment includes washing machine and dishwasher. The wifi connection is very good. There are two heaters: in the kitchen and in the living room/bedroom. The living room one was not working for some weeks, which was incovenient, as it was during the cold autumn months.
Landlady is friendly and helpful. She resolved almost all of our requests, though in some cases it took longer time.
Overall, the flat is good, suitably located, for a fair price.

Bydlení moderní, čisté, plně vybavené k absolutní spokojenosti. Výhodou je garážové stání a dostupnost mhd. Spolupráce se slečnou pronajímatelkou na jedničku, vstřícná a ochotná, bezvadná domluva. Vřele doporučuji.

Manuela is a lovely host! It was an amazingly peaceful experience to live with her and her 3 cats. Yeah, the 3 cats are definitely a big part of the household :)

Definitely recommended for people who enjoy nature, quietness, calmness and good company.
