Flat is very cozy and well equipped. The building is overall clean and the landlord is polite and responsive. Cleaning of the flat was not included nor they were able to provide any kind of paid-for help with it.

It was a really nice time I spent at Joana's place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your everyday life.
The location is also good, 5 min from the metro station.
The communication with Joana was excellent. I will recommend it!

The house has beautiful design, private backyard and needed utensils. Though so far it's a village, it's recommended to have a car to move around.
Ana is amazing host, helps with any questions. She and Rui has own winery with delicious wine.

Great apartment for two people. Very clean and in a good location. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking. The landlord's depute is very responsive. It has enough storage space.

The only drawback is the shower. It is a very flimsy and extremely small. When you drop something in the shower you cannot pick it up in such a narrow space.

We recommend this place.

Very nice and cozy place with a wonderful view from the balcony. Great joy to have a cup of tea and see the ocean and mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything for a long stay. Big spacious living room with lovely plants and candles with a nice smell creates a very pleasant vibe. Good bathrooms. The bathtub has a window with an ocean view. The only thing we would suggest is to improve the bed. It is comfortable, but quite noisy when moving. Very good experience from appartment overall.
Joana is a very helpful and nice host. Always replies promptly, a very understanding and kind person.

This apartment was perfect for what I personally needed as a student, it was a good size, there was a lot of space and the personal bathroom was an added bonus. I did have to purchase some extra pieces for storage as there was only a rail provided, but this information was provided before I signed the lease. Communication with Hanh Pham was very easy and quick for the most part.

Very nice appartment !
The location is perfect, in the center of the City. The appartment is very well equiped.
The landlord live just in front and she is very nice, she is always helpful.

I stayed in Irena's flat for my 10-month Erasmus stay in Prague. Irena was always very helpful and answered quickly if something was the matter. She doesn't know a lot of English, but we managed to communicate just fine via Google Translate.

The flat itself was very nice. It has everything you need and there's a bus stop right outside the door, so getting into the city center is no problem. The street is pretty busy and it can get a bit loud with the windows open but I personally wasn't really bothered. There's lots of stores close to the flat (most important ones being Billa and Lidl) but also restaurants and a park right behind the building that is fantastic for runs or watching the sunset.

I already miss Prague and can only recommed Irena's flat :)
