We rented this lovely flat for three months as we prepared to move from Prague to Abu Dhabi. The location is perfect, right next to Park Klamovka and within 10 minutes of Andel and the Novy Smichov shopping center. Our villa for the last 5 years was only one block away and this entire area is one of our favorites in all of Prague. Our host was exceptional, kind and responsive. He has created a truly comfortable home away from home and I can't recommend enough not only the location and the apartment itself, but also our host. If you're looking for somewhere quiet yet super well connected, this is absolutely the place to stay. Everything about our process from booking to checking in/out went smoothly. There were no surprises and I felt well cared for during our entire stay. You'll love it! =)

The accommodation was exactly the same way it is described. You have everything that you need in a cosy apartment. Bonus points for the host Carla as she was very responsive and helped make the stay easy.

I got 0 problem and when I had a question Noelia was there to help me, I have only one regret I didn't say good bye to Carmen, she was fabulous. Thank you for the year and the hospitality.

The room is just as described, very clean with all needed comforts. There is a shop about a block away that has many great basic items like produce and toiletries. I had some special circumstances arise during my stay, and Vasco was great at working with me and staying in communication, going above and beyond even while he was traveling and on vacation. Vasco had a friend Gaspar help me with coordinating keys and check in, Gaspar was also great to work with, communication was easeful. I recommend this accommodation

Excellent place to stay at

I have spent 5 moths in this apartment and truly could call it a home. The neighborhood is the best in Prague with a beautiful park and a church, everything u need u can access by 5 min walk including the tram and metro stations. The flat was well equipped.

Very central location. Close to subway, train, bus, ferry, and subway. Diana was flexible and quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally located—just a short walk from the city center, train station, and metro—yet it remains quiet and private. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, with plenty of room for remote work. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The apartment is located in an excellent area with easy access to public transport, the city centre, and the European institutions, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel. One of the highlights of my stay was the apartment itself, which is situated in a beautiful historic building with many original architectural features that have been carefully preserved. The elegant natural marble staircase, decorative wrought-iron details, and the charming historic lift create a unique atmosphere. I also very much enjoyed the lovely view over the rooftops and the well-preserved historic architecture of old Brussels. Pablo was a friendly, welcoming, and helpful host. Communication was smooth, and he made sure everything was well organized for my arrival. I would also like to mention Kevyn, who lives in the apartment. He was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment offered a quiet, respectful, and relaxing environment, which was perfect after long working days. Thank you, Pablo and Kevyn, for your hospitality. I had a really great experience staying here. The room and the whole house were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property feels new and fresh, with no dampness or unpleasant mould smell, which is very important in Porto. The host was kind, welcoming, and always available whenever I needed anything. Communication was easy, everything was arranged on time, and I genuinely felt comfortable and at home during my stay. One of the best things about this accommodation is its location. It is very central and has excellent public transport connections. You can reach almost anywhere in Porto in around 10 minutes, which makes daily life and exploring the city very easy. The area is also quiet and convenient, with shops and everything you may need nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place with a friendly and responsible host.

The apartment has an incredible view ànd is in a perfect location. There were a few places where I noticed it could have used à more thorough cleaning, but overall very glad to have had the opportunity to stay here. There is also an air conditioner dedicated specifically for the bedroom, which felt incredible during the heatwave.

Everything was excellent! The location was perfect, there was convenient parking, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Bruna’s apartment was very ideal and perfect for our needs. It was close to town and had a lot of surrounding amenities. Bruna herself was very kind, friendly and attentive to our needs. She is a great host , and we will definitely live again at her place if/when the need arises.

I had a wonderful stay! The flat itself was lovely, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location. It’s situated in a nice, quiet area but is still close to everything in Budapest, including all the main public transport links. Gabor was an incredibly nice and accommodating host. My flight was delayed for hours, but he was so understanding and sorted everything out seamlessly. I highly recommend staying here!

La ubicación del apartamento es muy conveniente. Se puede llegar caminando fácilmente al Parque del Retiro, la Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía y la Plaza Mayor. Además, la estación de Sol y varias paradas de metro y autobús están muy cerca. También hay una gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados en los alrededores. En general, es una excelente ubicación.
