Blizko mestu, ale docela hlucna mestska cast.

This unit needs a deep cleaning. The blinds are filthy and do not pull up. The curtain does not work and can't block out the street lamp. The windows are filthy, dead bugs are in the light fixtures, the washer hose has not seen a rag in years. The unit is well located, however, for restaurants, bank, services (haircut, massage, eyeglasses, etc.), grocery stores (Lidyl, Alberts and mini-Tesco) and is in between 2 subway stops Hurka and Nove Butovice (closer). There is a lot of noise outside: traffic, garbage trucks and people talking and the person in the apt. next door who shares the bed wall, bangs a cabinet door very early every morning. There are only few kitchen basics ( no salt, sharp cutting knives or toaster) and for one night or week-end, this is not a big deal, but I was there for 6 weeks. Alert, be sure the cleaning fee details are crystal clear before you signup.

Přes levné vybavení a absenci klimatizace, nebo alespoň lepšího stínění, by díky moderní novostavbě s parkováním a dobré dopravní dostupnosti mohlo jít o zajímavé krátkodobé bydlení. To ale bohužel značně znehodnocuje sousedství zařízení Armády spásy naproti přes ulici, díky kterému je výsledný dojem přinejmenším tristní.

Lokalita bytu je dobrá, zastávka autobusů je před bytem a tramvaj asi 400 metrů. V blízkosti se také nachází nonstop Tesco. Jedná se o větší byt, který je uměle rozdělený na dva menší byty. Co se týče vybavení bytu, tak jde vidět, že je to opravdu to nejlevnější možné. Židle k pracovnímu stolu se rozpadá, inzerovaná rychlovarná konvice se v bytě v době mého pobytu nenacházela a na dotaz mi bylo sděleno, že mi ji objednají a mám si pro ni dojít do obchodu. Postel se rovněž rozpadá a musel jsem ji minimálně jednou týdně opravovat protože z ní vypadávali ty prkna pod matrací tak bylo třeba to tam zasunout zpátky, což je dost únavné. Při nastěhování byl byt plný prachu v koutech, veškeré nádobí v poličkách bylo špinavé takovým způsobem, že jste měl chuť si koupit nové, ale nakonec jsem si vydrhl pár kousků nádobí a používal jenom to. Odpady byly ucpané v době předání a musel jsem si je sám vyčistit a o to více mě udivuje, že po opuštění bytu je mi majitelem vytýkáno, že byt nebyl dostatečně uklizen a chtějí mi naúčtovat 500 Kč za úklid. V bytě nejsou přitom ani pořádné nástroje na úklid. Žehlička je sdílená pro oba byty a o žehlícím prkně se nebudu ani zmiňovat, jelikož to mini žehlící prkno s výškou asi 50 cm, na tom se opravdu nedá nic vyžehlit. Týden před opuštěním bytu mi majitelka napsala trošku rozkazovacím způsobem co všechno má být uklizeno, zameteno, uděláno. Když jsem se stěhoval do bytu, tak tento byl v takovém stavu, jak popisuji výše.. "drobné nedostatky" jakože nešlo pořádně zavřít okno a bylo štěstí, že mě nikdo za tu dobu nevykradl, tak o těchto bych tady mohl napsat ještě několik odstavců, ale přijde mi to už zbytečné. Byt jsem před předáním uklidil, zametl (vysavač není k dispozici, ten mi byl nabídnut až při předání bytu kdy si ho majitelé donesli s sebou), utřel prach a umyvadlo a sprchový kout v koupelně. Následně mi bylo majitel sděleno, že byt nebyl dostatečně uklizen a chtějí poplatek 500 Kč. Příště už radši byt před AirBNB, ceny jsou téměř podobné ale kvalita a komunikace s majiteli je trošku jinde. Za mě toto byl jeden z nejhorších zážitků co se týče ubytování.

The apartment was very dirty, so we have to ask our friends to order cleaning service for general cleaning, including the walls in a bathroom and refrigerator. It takes 8 hours, the owner paid for this. He washed the windows on his own. Then, we waited about 10 days when the owner changed a broken glass desktop and broken iron. We staid for 6 weeks, the rest was okay. The apartment is big and situated close to the center.

Es fehlen in Spül- sowie im Waschbecken Stöpsel. Der Vermieter sollte pünktlich am Abreisetag da sein.

The flat is definitely no luxury place, most of the furniture looks cheap, but the price is competitive and it is fine for a stay of a few weeks. Would be much better if only there was a blackout curtain in the bedroom. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The place was clean when I arrived except for a few things in the kitchenette. The area is quiet and well served by public transport. Eduard (the owner) is kind and available to help.

The flat is located in a very nice location in the old city. It is within walking distance to all the nice places. It is also very close to the tram and restaurants. The flat is also very spacious. Our only problem with the flat was with the cleanliness especially the cleanliness of the kitchenware. In short we had to clean all of the kitchenware before we could use it.

It is way too expensive for a room in an apartment of 3 rooms, no living room and a small kitchen. The owner is supernice but that doesn't change the fact that I paid more than I should've since I found in other places offers with an apartment that offer more or less the same as this one but with a more asequible price.

Very good location and a fair price for a small but functional apartment. Communication mainly through the owner's daughter, who was extremely helpful.

Bydlení bylo příjemné, ale prostředí málo zeleně. Naopak 100% dostupnost do centra a vše při ruce( potraviny, bankomaty atd...). Jen pan majitel by mohl svým nájemníkům více naslouchat.

Everything in the house was little bit broken or dirty. There was 5 people living at the same time and there wasn't enough room in the fridges and freezers which made cooking really hard. Bed was uncomfortable and wouldn't recommend for longer stay. It was bit hard to communicate with the landlord because she didn't speak very good English. Also she was throwing me out of the apartment in the on the street even I had paid rent for the last day and my flight was leaving in the evening and i had informed her beforehand. Wouldn't recommend this except if you don't find anything else

Čelkově je být slušný a oblast je slušná, ale nemůže použít podzemní garáž protože hostitelská neměla klíč k bráně.

The apartment is well furnished and modern. However, the service is miserable. In my apartment, the flush button of the toilet was broken, the light of the cooker hood did not work and the holder of the shower head was broken. I stayed in this apartment for a month and nothing was repaired. Also, for a week I had no electricity in all the rooms except the bathroom. Apparently a fuse has jumped out. In principle, this can always happen. However, all the reception staff were unable to tell me where to find the fuse box. That's why I had no electricity for 6 days. If you have other problems it is very difficult to reach someone or you will get an answer after two weeks. The communication with the cleaning lady and other tenants is also catastrophic. In my case, the cleaning lady gave the key to my apartment to a foreign tenant and he put all my personal belongings in the hallway. I can not recommend this landlord.

The neighborhood is well-located and quite beautiful. The appartment was not as it seemed in the advertisement, and the landlady was very, very rude. I had informed her in advance that I would arrive with my parents who would stay with me for a few days. Through the messages, she didn't seem to disagree. But, when we arrived she was quite surprised by their presence. Maybe it was because she doesn't really speak english and didn't understand my message. And of course, if there is good will, language is a problem that can be managed. But there was not. She was an hour late for the check-in. We were given the key by another person, but still she was the landlady, so we had to wait for her, since there were a few problems in the house. It felted like they were not expecting us. She had claimed that the appartment was first floor, and it was ground floor with a window on the street with rather transparent curtains. It was quite cold also.There was no cooking pot, no soap, the towels seemed used, there was dirt in the bathroom, one unwashed dish, a big spider, two spider webs, no oven, I had to ask to bring me the microwave oven ,the clothes washing machine was in the common hall, shared with 2 more appartments (something that is not specified). On top of that, she was quite un-eager to help. She brought additional heating (the same night at 23:00 when we were sleeping) ,new towels, soap, shampoo etc (after 2 days or something) but she was aggressive and rude, when I was just asking for what she had claimed to be included in the advertisement. I can refer many other cases in which she was rude, like when she came knocking my door at 9:00 on a Saturday morning, before letting me know in advance, to show the place to the new cleaning lady, but it would take too long. When I asked if two relatives who wanted to visit me could stay with me she unswered that they should rent a hotel and that she already had made an exception for me by letting my parents stay free of charge. I sent her a message saying that I respect her will. Some days later, I received a notification that she has terminated the contract and I should move out in a 30 days period. Luckily enough, In just one week I had already found multiple other choices for accommodation, better and cheaper. I moved out before the notification period,and although I repeatedly asked her to make our move out date formal through flatio (I even had a friend tell her that in czech and she said she would), she did not, so I had to pay for the remaining days of my contract without really living in the flat, thanks to the quite unclear flatio contract that doesn't really protect tenants. I had also asked her to bring the handover protocol for signing, but she did not. I am happy that I moved out anyway and I am not living in this mess anymore.

The house was very dirty when she gave us the house. And also she did the check outof the house with the last teenant and our check in at the same moment. She was very nice but didnt help us with some problems.

When we first moved into the apartment, the wifi didn't work, we didn't have heat in the bedroom, our shower pressure was very low and was only a drip of water. Then one night our power went out. After we contacted the landlord about the issues, he installed a new shower head, tried to fix the wifi (it only sometimes worked), and he fixed the heat a little bit. Overall it was an ok apartment, not good that everything didn't work when we moved in, but good that it eventually worked out.

Be super-careful with the owner. He was trying to get extra money from me: first he prolonged the contract for another 12 months without my consent, then he asked me for cash when I didn’t want to pay it and I started receiving reminders from Flatio. Do NOT give him cash, pay everything via the Flatio system.

PROS 1) Excellent location: tram stop around the corner, 5 minutes to the Metro. Supermarket, other shops and restaurants nearby. 2) Balcony. 3) Well-equipped kitchen. 4) Large, comfortable bed. 5) The apartment looks recently renovated. CONS To be fair, some of the points below reflect our own experience and have since been fixed (especially 2&3). The owner is reactive and tries to solve the problems, but is doing so from a distance because he does not live in Prague, so everything takes more time. 1) The apartment was found in an unimaginably filthy condition that we had to remedy ourselves (e.g. urine underneath and around the toilet seat, trash in the bin, traces of food in the microwave, in the kitchen drawers, in the fridge and the oven, ashtrays full of cigarettes on the balcony, dust everywhere, mold in the washing machine, dirty laundry in the laundry bin etc.). Certainly the next guests will find it much cleaner than we did. 2) The dishwasher was not working for the first month of our stay. 3) There was a problem with the wireless router resulting in an unstable connection until about 5 days before we left. 4) There is not a single chair in the entire apartment. There is a desk and a single small stool, so you will probably end up eating on the tea-table in the living room. 5) Keep in mind that, as is very common in Prague, there are no blinds. Some obscuring curtains would have been welcome. 6) The check-in was a bit complicated, as the owner was not there and we had to retrieve the keys from the owners of a small shop downstairs who did not understand a word we were saying (the problem was solved by the owner over the phone). Overall the apartment will work fine for two people, especially if a few details are adressed. It desperately needs someone to take care of it on a more regular basis.

The greed of the owners is simply amazing. We were forbidden to even use the oven.

The owner was good and responsive, but the flat was not the best. When I moved in, it clearly had not been cleaned for a while. The place smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the floors were messy and dusty, and the bathroom also had an odd odor to it. There was even a half-drank bottle of apple juice sitting on the bathroom sink from the last tenant. Overall, good and responsive owners, but the flat was not clean at all.
