They were amazing owner, very kind, quick response, great hospitality. and location of flat was also very convenient, about 2min to bus station, 5-7min to metro station and 8-10min to train station, I never had problem to go central without car :) apartment was also nice, very cosy and clean. I recommend to everyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Prague for long term :)

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is perfect for a medium term stay. There's very nice staff ready to help you with anything you need. There's a lot of flexibility for cheking in, which was also very helpful.

Skvělé ubytování od samého začátku. V bytě jsme bydleli 2,5 měsíce během rekonstrukce našeho bytu. Jelikož jsme sháněli byt narychlo, uvítala jsem bleskovou reakci majitele bytu. Mezi podpisem smlouvy a stěhováním uběhly jen 2 dny.
Byt je prostorný se 2 oddělenými ložnicemi a 2 koupelnami. V bytě je naprosto vše pro pobyt, Vybavená kuchyň se sporákem a nadobím, rychlovarnou konvicí, ledničkou. V koupelně je pračka. V bytě k dispozici sušák na prádlo, žehlička, fén, dostatek ložního prádla, internet, a další.
V bytě se nám bydlelo krásně, v okolí je hodně restaurací a obchodů (masny, zelenina, pekárna, lékárna, a spousty dalších).
Byt je cca 5 minut pěšky od stanice metra Strašnická, a snad jen minutu od stanice tramvaje 7 a 26. Tedy dostupnost nejen do centra je skvělá.
Vřele tento byt doporučuji. Ještě jednou tímto děkuji majiteli, že mě a mou rodinu rychlou reakcí zachránil, jelikož původně dohodnuté ubytování mi bylo zrušeno pár dní před začátkem prací v mém bytě.

A lakás kényelmes, jól felszerelt és jó helyen van. Nem volt semmi problémám a bérlés ideje alatt, amit kellett, azt könnyen és gyorsan megbeszéltük. Elégedett voltam.
The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and in a good location. There was no problem during the rental, we discussed all the necessary issues easily and quickly. I was very satisfied.

The flat was very clean and very well located, close to shopping malls, metro, and 10 min from the old town in transports. There is a lot of space for storage and the internet connection is very good too. The landlord Krystina was very nice and cooperative! Thank you again! :)

Very nice vacation home with a perfect location. There is no dishwasher, and no oven for cooking even though it says there is in the description. Unfortunately we had quite a lot of internet problems in the flat, so it was unsuitable for studying in the lockdown. The landlord was cooperative in almost every matter, and friendly, but a bit slow in the response. The flat is also very humid so drying clothes is a bit of a challenge, but doable as there is a towel dryer in the bathroom. Apart from the listed problems we had a very nice stay.

квартира удобная и приличная цена для 4х. все удобства есть в доме. около дома есть главный вокзал(это большой +) но нету больших супермакетов. а так нам тама понравилось. в остальном нас все устроило.

Nice and cozy flat in a modern apartment complex. The location is good since it has many things close by, not the nicest looking neighbourhood but except some yelling on the streets from time to time everything is ok. I also used the garage, very good if you come by car.

Everything was perfect. The flat located in a good area, very close to the tram station, subway and big shopping mall. Owner constantly staying in touch and apartment is equipped with all necessary stuff to stay there at least a month. 10/10 Recommended
