Paulo is a wonderful host, very professional, responsive to every need, providing a sense of security, and at the same time incredibly friendly personally.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento es espacioso y luminoso, con grandes ventanas que llenan cada habitación de luz natural. La limpieza es impecable, y la señora de la limpieza es bastante detallista y viene una vez al mes para asegurarse de que todo quede impoluto. Cada habitación esta equipada con aire acondicionado. Además, nos recibieron con una botella de vino y deliciosos pastelitos locales, un gesto que realmente apreciamos. La cocina está bastante bien equipada, y el airfryer fue una sorpresa agradable para preparar comidas saludables sin complicaciones. La joya de la corona es la amplia terraza, donde pasamos muchas tardes disfrutando del sol y las vistas de la ciudad. En resumen, este lugar es más que recomendable. Si volvemos a la ciudad, sin duda nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo. ¡Una experiencia que repetiría!

Great apartment as advertised, and great communication with the landlord

This is a great location in Prague. Close to transportation and a quiet, green neighborhood. There are many shops, restaurants and parks nearby. It is approximately 20 minutes from the historic area of Prague. The pictures of the apartment are accurate. I found it a comfortable environment for 6+ weeks. Having a separate bedroom from the living area is a luxury in Prague! The landlady was helpful and responsive. I appreciated her attention on the first day to ensuring I was settled and comfortable.

Paulo met us in person to handover keys and showed us the apartment. Answered our questions in person and by SMS when we asked next day. The apartment is in a good location in Ponta Delgada. Parking is an issue but that's expected. The condition of the apartment was good and comfortable (we were a family of 4, including a baby). Not humid; used AC once on the first day. Later we just opened the skylight windows to get a nice breeze. We visited in early May.

This was our first experience of living in a rural Portuguese house. The house was very spacious inside. I liked the layout of the rooms. The kitchen has a gas oven, cooking utensils and a new fridge, enough to cook your own meals. There is a small patio where you can dry your laundry. The house has very fast and stable internet. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a clothes rack. The living room is very large with a long table. Unfortunately it has one window, which would have liked more light in the room during the day, also lacks a fly screen on the window, which made it difficult to air the room. The owner of the house was friendly and nice person. We were able to keep in touch with the owner throughout our stay. We were also given the opportunity to do a late check out.

Byt je velmi příjemný, pohodlný a klidný. 3 min od metra nebo 2 min od tramvaje jsou velkou výhodou. Komunikace s majitelem vynikající. Naprostá spokojenost :-)

Útulný byt v poklidné a odlehlé části Prahy. Do centra je to veřejnou dopravou 15 minut a vše potřebné je v dosahu. Doporučuji.

Great place with spectacular view. Host manager Mafalda was amazing, always in touch when I needed it, very cooperative. I was positively surprised that I could contact support late at night with urgent question. Really enjoyed my stay. Solid 10

Очень хорошие апартаменты и отзывчивые и дружелюбные хозяева. Понравилось местоположение - близко до пляжа и магазинов. В самих аппартаментах всё есть, было чисто и хорошо убрано. Очень удобная кровать и мягкие подушки, лично я здесь спал как младенец. Мы прожили здесь 3 недели и было даже немножко грустно покидать их.

Very satisfied and rightly instructed since the beginning.

This is a very well located and equipped property. There are a few supermarkets just a few minutes away and restaurants offering good variety that are open until late (11pm), so you can grab a late night dinner after long day in the nature. The location is just above a busy street, but it's Funchal, not Porto Moniz or Sao Vicente, so expected it to be a bit more livelier. There is also a bus just a minute away zipping you straight into the city centre. Property had absolutely all amenities starting from kitchen equipment to a washing machine, which was very handy, and also a garage to park the rented vehicle. There is a balcony and also a huge terrace on the side, which could be great for families or larger companies to have some dinner/breakfast together. "An Island Apart" as a landlord has been very responsive and made the stay convenient for us - easy check-in, loads of useful information upon arriving and quick responses to questions. Apart from minor quirks like squeaky bed slats (which could and should easily be replaced!), everything else was perfect!

I'm extremely satisfied with the flat. The property is clean, and well-maintained, featuring modern appliances and a cozy layout that makes it feel like home. The landlord is responsive and takes care of any issues promptly.

I was in this flat for 3 months and I really enjoyed my time there. The Pingo Doce grocery store was within 200 feet of your front door, and it had everything. The surrounding neighborhood is also really nice. You can leave the flat and in a 10–15-minute walk one direction will take you to a working-class neighborhood and restaurants and the other direction can take you to a high-end neighborhood, cafes/restaurants. It is spotless clean and bright! You may be a bit uncomfortable, in areas of the apartment, if you are maybe over 6 feet tall. The roof slants in certain areas so it takes a bit of getting use to in parts of the apartment but more of a minor inconvenience. Barry, the landlord, is a gem of a gentleman. He will take extra efforts to make you feel welcome and answer any request or questions. Bonus: You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes and the view from the boardwalk is addictive. Also, the soccer stadium is right behind the apartment so going to the games or just watching the activities is exciting.

I've had an excellent stay at this apartment. I was warmly welcomed by Jakub and his family, and the place is ideally located in the center of Prague at walkable distance to anything important, yet just outside the tourist-overrun parts of the city. That really worked well for me: as I was staying longer, I appreciated the relative calm of the area, great wifi to work from home, generally luxury facilities etc., but then without the downsides of an inner city luxury apartment/airbnb. Ideal if you are a travelling professional looking for a longer stay!
