This was a wonderful flat to stay in. Vasco was great and very responsive. The flat is in a beautiful area and my kids loved playing in the open courtyard every evening. The apartment had lots of light and was very nice. We loved that the grocery store was nearby and that we could walk around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend it!

Lovely clean, sunny, stylish apartment with very convenient contactless check-in (electronic key). You will find everything you need and more! There is an excellent ALDI supermarket on the doorstep. The metro is a 15 minute walk away. Vasco was very helpful, answered questions immediately and was always willing to help. For example, he brought us a free playpen for our son, for which we are very grateful! Highly recommended!

Cozy apartment with a great location. The apartment has everything you need and more for a long-term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and there are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cups, and cutlery. The bedroom has a comfortable and convenient bed and a large wardrobe for storing things. During the hot days of May, the apartment was comfortable and cool, and in winter, two heaters in the hall and bedroom provide enough warmth. Additionally, there is a small heater in the bathroom. The main thing is that there is no mold in the apartment, and it has good ventilation. The location is very convenient. There are two parks nearby: one with a forest area, a garden, lakes, and a playground; the other is a modern park with artificial canals, a fountain, and birds. There are two large supermarkets, Continente and Pingo Doce, within walking distance. Additionally, cafes and small grocery and hardware stores are just a minute away from the apartment. Furthermore, there is a gym, schools, kindergartens, a pharmacy, a post office, and good transport connections (Lumiar, Quinta das Conchas railway station). The airport is relatively close, but the apartment has good soundproofing windows, so you can't hear the planes. The owner of the apartment, Maria, welcomed us very hospitably, responded quickly to our requests, and is a very positive and friendly person. Communication was easy. We are very grateful for her hospitality and wish her all the best. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! We were so surprised by the fact the apartment was prepared in the smallest details so we just landed and had everything we needed right away. The apartment was great, calm, clean, and well-packed. The owner was in touch during our staying and helped us to navigate in our first weeks in Portugal. Flat is cozy, has everything needed for comfort life. enough place for clothes storage. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and staff. The neibourhood is really amazing. 3 minutes walk to Metro station, a lot of rests and bars, supermarket right behind the corner.

Sara is the best owner😊 She answered all our questions and was so welcoming. The flat looks exactly like on photos , There are many interesting Portuguese details. Kitchen is full equipped. We loved this district, it’s so close to metro station , a big supermarket, gym.

Great place, superbe location and very secure. Near everything, metro is a few minutes walk. Nice and comfortable bed. Bathroom and washing machine A-OK. Kitchen was missing a few things but manageable. I would go back anytime!

Pedro's flat is very nice and cozy. The terrace is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and it has also a small studio perfect for working. I found all that I needed. The only downside was the humidity (I went on Junuary and on some days it was raining) but there was a dehumidifier to handle that. I recommend the flat.

Hey, everybody. Our family stayed at Paulo's condo for 2 weeks. We arrived in Lisbon on Christmas Eve. The apartment was prepared for our stay. Paulo left the keys in the locker box near the airport and sent us detailed instructions on how to operate all the appliances in the apartment. In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and much more. The apartment has air conditioners (2) and an oil heater. Cozy living room with table, large TV and sofa. The apartment is located in proximity to bus stops. 10 minutes to the subway. To continent and lidl about 15-20 minutes, next to the subway there is a big grocery Pingo doche. Near the Jose Alvalada stadium where Sporting plays. We rented a car. It can be parked across the street. On the map you will find a large parking lot (weekends are free). All in all we had a good stay. But the lock on the front door broke. Paulo came and replaced the lock quickly, even though it was Christmas. Thank you very much, it was very cool. Our family was very satisfied.

Perfect apartments in a perfect location. Fully furnished

The flat looks was better than on the pictures - it is spacious, nice and beautifully equipped. The area Marvila is also very nice - right across the flat there is a nice brewery, another small coffepoints and a small supermarket run by very nice people. The area is supersafe, no noise during the night. You can walk to Parque das Nacoes across the riverside, which is about 15 minutes away. The bus is 5 mins away, the flat is located between 2 train stations. We arrived in the winter and it was cold during the night, so the landlord immediately provided us with additional heater and a coffeemachine.

Reliable and a smooth process, willing to accomodate some additional requests I had which was appreciated.

Pedro is a great host, very helpful and kind . Apartment in good location, good internet for working. It’s a bit noisy because of the airplanes but you can close the windows and it’s fine.
