Měl jsem roční dovolenou z práce, ale přesto jsem muset měnit své plány. Měl jsem objednané několik ubytování přes Flatio, z kterých jsem nějaké musel zrušil a nějaké nově objednat. Oceňuji komunikaci a obecně zákaznický servis firmy FLATIO, protože vždycky udělali to, o co jsem je žádal. Po roce v jejich péči mám ve FLATIO obsolutní důvěru. Rozhodně chci FLATIO doporučit všem, kteří potřebují střednodobý pobyt kdekoliv. FLATIO hodnotím známkou 10/10

Flatio worked great for me - only issue was that I didn't realise I would need a business account for my booking, in order to recieve invoices that my employer could pay, so I created the booking through a personal account. Flatio customer service was very willing to help me get the prepaid funds transferred to a 'new' identical booking if I made a business account, but I ended up resolving the issue with my employer instead, so I didn't need to go cancel and rebook.

Flatio is a great platform for finding medium-term stays. It has good options and feels really safe since all the transactions go through the website, and there’s insurance just in case something goes wrong.

I like getting an actual lease through flatio, it's the main reason I use it. The downside is that inventory is low in many areas, and given the lease lengths, prices are non-trivially higher than if you look locally.

Currently Flatio is my go to for finding medium to long term accommodation. Ensure landlords are active. Some have listings to which they are unresponsive.

I’ve already shared with others details about booking through Flatio and how simple and straightforward it was, and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. And receiving additional emails prior to arrival and departure were welcomed and useful. The fact that I was not bombarded with emails or subject to marketing ploys was very much noticed and appreciated. Well done!

I was really pleased with Flatio as a service. The rental contract was ready to sign right away, which made the whole process smooth and transparent. I felt safe knowing that they guarantee you’ll get the apartment agreed upon, or they provide a money return or backup accommodation (however, I didn't need that). I also appreciated the clear communication – they keep you updated via SMS before moving in and moving out. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy platform for mid-term rentals.
