Es mi primera experiencia en una web de alquiler, me he quedado muy satisfecho. Lo único que avisaría de que en la forma de pago antes de realizar el primer pago que los posteriores se cobra una comisión si pagas mediante tarjeta bancaria. Ya que en el primer pago dicha comisión no existe.

your service was ok, but the issue is that there are other Flatio websites, made for skimming and frauds so it is difficult to distinguish where is the right site. The other thing I did not find well is that invoices are splitted in two rates, because I thought that with first payment I paid all.

I like Flatio, but the website looks really bad on mobile devices, and searching for properties is a nightmare because the search filters just don't work. Please fix that. Also please allow setting up auto payment with credit card for the monthly invoices.

Flatio was great, they did all the proper security checks, and ensured my payment was secure. I realy like the fact that I was able to contact the landlord from their site. This was very helpful to me as it was important to me to be able to communicate with the landlord.
