Easy to deal with, however some of the fotos about the property were not what was actually available or slightly misleading. Also for any official purpose e.g. banking the rental contract is not accepted as document.

I enjoyed using Flatio. It is consumer friendly. My only comment (suggestion) is the hosts' approval process. If I am not mistaken, the hosts have 1 day to approve or reject your request; and if they do not respond it is considered rejected. However, if you want to book a place quickly, this one day period is very long and the clients can search for other alternatives.

The physical paperwork with signatures and paper to print out is onerous and seems to be a little unnecessary. I wish it would be streamlined or made electronic.

Nuno the host was very attentive and helped a lot with all the questions. Apartment fully equipped with all necessary staff even Netflix subscription. The location of the apartment is very comfortable close to the best beach and marina. Spar supermarket is in walking distance. Everything was great. Thank you!

The services are okay, I guess. I didn't run into any issues yet, luckily, and that's when you can really test it, but well. The small consultation I had was quickly answered, so for now I'm quite happy with it. Just didn't like the fact that in the check-out emai l got it was asking from me to 'deep clean' the apartment. I'm sorry, but that is on the owner, not on the guest. Or what kind of service I am getting as a guest here? Of course, I clean after myself like a responsible adult, but the 'deep clean' for the next guest must come from the host, not the paying guest. This is a given
