I've used Flatio twice now, and it has always been incredibly simple and straightforward to use. I sincerely appreciate how the more meticulous points involving lease agreements, payments, etc. are handled very thoroughly (and with great consideration to cross-cultural communications, as well).

First time user of Flatio and have a positive feeling from it. I've had some issues finding a good landlord, but when I found them it was all quite easy to manage the appartment, payments and exchange of information. I was able to keep in touch with the landlord through the messaging system. Updating and extending the lease contracts was just as easy.

I found Flatio by accident, in fact! But so far I've had an excellent experience with them. Everything is so clearly & thoroughly handled -- nothing is left to mystery or guesswork, and healthy, clear communication is facilitated between all parties involved. Not to mention, I've already made two absolute lifetime friends through places I've found on Flatio. :)
