For shorter stays, the commision is relatively high, so it is an obstacle for potential tenants. Perhaps there should be an option for tenants not to pay the complete commision at ones, but in installments.

Flatio was good enough, there was some hidden fee in the end which I didn't like. We saw the same coliving on a few different sites, and it was the cheapest on flatio which is why we went with it. Unfortunately in the end with the extra hidden fee it came out about the same as everywhere.

Yes. In the contract the address of the property was incorrect and the owner didn't answer to messages until we contacted Flatio. Maybe you could improve that. There was also a problem with a hair dryer which wasn't in a flat. There was only an empty box in which it should be. We contacted the owner but he didn't care. So maybe you should also check the owners if they really have what they offer.

Flatio worked great for me - only issue was that I didn't realise I would need a business account for my booking, in order to recieve invoices that my employer could pay, so I created the booking through a personal account. Flatio customer service was very willing to help me get the prepaid funds transferred to a 'new' identical booking if I made a business account, but I ended up resolving the issue with my employer instead, so I didn't need to go cancel and rebook.
