I told Flatio that we only got paid after 1st of the month but i got emails every month about the fact that rent was late (28th due) and all the said was its automatic so nothing they can do...i suggest you fix this function as it became spam and very intrusive

It took 2 weeks to find a flat -- landlords were not putting correct information on the website (like minimum stay requirements), landlords never responded, ... Then when we finally got a flat the website never sent the SMS code so that I could finish the deal. It was only 15:30 in Prague and no one answered the support number or the online chat!!!!

Flatio by v roli zrostredkovatele melo moderovat smluvni vztah najemce a pronajimatele na zaklade nastavenych parametru, za coz mu nalezi provize.
Uvadim body, kde by role zprostredkovatele mohla byt naplnena lepe.
1. Pokud není najemne na ucet zprostredkovatele zaplacene radne a vcas myslim, ze je role zprostredkovatelel toto najemne vymahat – nikoli jako v mém pripade, kde byla situace s vymahanim najemneho ponechana na pronajimateli (nezaznamenala jsem fungovani deklarovaného automatického upominaciho systemu (neregistruji zadne automaticke sms nebo emaily ohledne dluzneho najmu))
2. Pokud najemnik poskodi interier nebo nedodrzi smluvni podminky mel by zprostredkovatel ucinit všechny krok, aby k tizi nájemce byla situace napravena.

The idea is very good, but Flatio support is hardly reliable. It takes hours to get any answer and these tend to be rather vague. I had issues with card processor (1 out of 4 cards accepted)

- Texte in anderen Sprachen verschwinden immer wieder, das stellt einen zusätzlichen Aufwand dar, den sich viele nicht antun werden.
- Provision finde ich etwas zu hoch.
- Eine Option wo man das Gas, wegen hohen Heizkosten, separat oder mit Limit beschränken kann, fände ich fair, dann kann man die Miete auch günstiger machen. So muss man davon ausgehen, dass jemand wie ein Verrückter heizt, also in den Wintermonaten 1.000-2.000€.
- Ermäßigungen sollten persönlich eingestellt werden können.
- Diana Wunschová ist eine gute Mitarbeiterin und war sehr hilfreich.
- Versprechen die von Flatio gemacht werden sollten auch eingehalten werden.
Ich habe bzgl eines Anliegens angefragt und anschließend wurde es nicht behandelt, als Kunde möchte man sich darauf verlassen und nicht die Mitarbeiterin in einer Situation finden, wo sie nicht weiter weiß, weil das System oder andere Departments nicht fachgerecht koordinieren. Wenn ein Restaurant voll ist und keine Kellner kommen, dann sind nie die Kellner schuld, sondern immer der Chef, der zu wenig Kellner einstellt oder sie falsch informiert.
