Flatio - Monthly rentals with a human touch

I’m very happy to have discovered Flatio. The platform is very convenient and userfriendly: all essential information is clearly organized in the profile, and it’s easy to keep track of payments and rental periods. A major advantage is that the price is shown upfront including utilities, so there are no additional or unexpected payments. All important notifications arrive in advance, and it’s always possible to contact a manager if any questions arise. It would be great to have a mobile app with additional push notifications for upcoming payments (this feature may already exist…I might have simply missed it).

When a tenant enters the flatio site, it is very difficult to find the booking process. 2 things are most important when someone first enters. 1. Where am I traveling, 2. When and how long am I staying, what are the options. So, just like on booking.com, the tenant should immediately encounter the booking options with the calendar.

If you make an arrangement with a landlord, Flatio will still hound you relentlessly for a late payment. It's rather annoying. Otherwise okay. But they should take American Express.:)
