Don't block the property calendar in case of a new reservation request until the Tenant hasn't paid. In many cases they don't finish the reservation and our calendar was blocked for 24 hours without any refund

Not pleased at all, the landlord just kept promising things, flatio offered a discount voucher. I would need a refund and much better promises (like finding me another place if my current one is not good enough) to change my mind dabout the company.

There should be an option for paid promotion for those who want to appear on the top of the list. 15% for utilities is still a lot, beyond reasonable.

I recently stayed at one of Flatio's property and unfortunately, my experience was marred by both the conditions of the stay and the limited support from Flatio. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that amenities like the washing machine were missing despite being promised in the listing. My interactions with the landlord only added to the inconvenience, with unexpected requests and disruptive construction activities. When these issues escalated to threats and disturbances, I felt the need to involve Flatio support. However, my experience with Flatio support was underwhelming. To begin with, they lack a direct phone support line, which in situations like these, is invaluable. Their email-based support system means you can expect a reply only by the next day, which isn’t ideal when dealing with pressing issues. Even when they did respond, the support was largely ineffective. Instead of providing concrete solutions, I was often sent generic links to Flatio's informational pages. Their inability to mediate a lease extension as compensation for my troubles was disappointing. Further, they couldn’t enforce the landlord's promise to reimburse my laundry expenses. In conclusion, while the property might have its merits, the combination of the landlord's behavior and Flatio's lackluster support made my stay a challenging one. I would advise potential guests to consider these factors before making a booking.

Flatio should do a better job of vetting their rental listings.

Concept is nice, but you must verify what host is writing in the description of the apartment. It seems like they can write whatever they want, even when it's misinformation

This is my first time using this website, so I don't yet have an experience with which to judge your services.

The housing recommendations on the left side of the screen made the map small on the other side and difficult to navigate around. Also, some other sites integrate with Google Maps to estimate transit and walking commute times, which is an excellent feature.

The first payment was very problematic, becouse of a account documentation matter of flatio the payment got delayed for around 3 weeks, and even more frustrating was that it was not able to communicate with the support, nor they didnt respond me or gave me a feedback about the solution. finally everything was solved. i think communcation could be developed. also no possibilities to collect security deposit only after 6 month of stay which is a complete non sense! Flatio has a very high commission on host and guest side and for that service should be better

banning people from the platform, who fail to pay their rent

The service fees are too expensive, especially if you are going for less than 2 months. Can see myself going elsewhere in the future if I find a better alternative. The site itself is pretty good apart from that.

Don't allow anonymous or semi-anonymous profiles to make bookings. There should at least be some verification and a profile photo.

I am not sure about the fiability of the accommodation proposal

Expensive for doing little to nothing. Doesn’t cater to ANY needs the tenants have but just pushes all queries back to the landlord. It has some plus sides but overall would not recommend.

Too long reservation workflow

The service fees are much too high. They are very much on the side of the owner and not the tenant, minimum stays are too long (30 days for most, 14 days for a few), Sadly I don't think I would use Flatio again. Also this place was rented for UKR who fled the war and when I rented it there was no reduction whatsoever. I saw afterwards that they added free service fee but that was too late for us.
